Stopped by dealership to look at the Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander. We were at the dealership about an hour looking at the two cars, no one came out to help us. There were several sales people around not with customers. We even at one point asked for a brochure from one of the guys walking past us snd was told they don’t make brochures any more. He did walk us out and showed us a car that was already sold to another customer and then he left us with out asking us any other questions. We stayed a little longer thinking someone would help us but no one did and we also saw the man who had showed us the sold vehicle walking around but he never stopped to talk to us again. Unfortunately for them we went to Portland that same day and paid $ 51 000 cash for our new car.

I flew from California to Oregon to buy a vehicle. They were nice enough to pick me up from the airport. The guy who picked me up from the airport was the only one who actually followed through, he gets 5 stars. Nick the salesman also bought me lunch which was nice.
They told me they would cover the tax and license and do all the paperwork for me. My bank cut them a check to handle everything. The day it came time to pick up the vehicle i was told they weren’t going to do the dmv paperwork. While this is an inconvenience it’s not the end of the world…
I do wish they would’ve been more professional in giving me updates and moving with a sense of urgency.

It’s a hit or miss when it comes to service at this place. They’re usually nice when you don’t ask questions but the second you have a question or problem with service they make you feel unwelcome. Came in today for an oil change and was rudely greeted for driving up to the wrong area. Next time I won’t wait last minute so I have to come back to this place. I’ve had more pleasant experiences in Portland.

In the middle of a road trip, I thought my inverter fluid was low in my 2005 Prius. Knowing that the Prius uses a very specialized fluid, I was thankful to see the Toyota dealership next to my hotel…
The service man was very friendly, and informative… As it turns out, my fluid was just fine! Thanks for the honest service guys!

Griffith Toyota The Dalles, sold me a car online with just under 7000 miles. On delivery day they revealed the car actually had almost 70k. They were happy to sell me the car for the contracted price. New version of bait and switch. Embarrassing ethics! Please be very careful because they seem so nice.

Incredibly unhelpful. Tried to buy a cargo net for hubby’s Honda pickup but we waited over 10 minutes for anyone in the parts department to even appear, although there were several other people standing or sitting around. Then the guy who did show up couldn’t get a price for it. It’s scary to think about buying a vehicle from them.
