First time to a Crispers and ordered a cup of Loaded baked potato soup and a large Traditional garden Salad. My soup was served cold, not cool but left at room temp for hours kinda cold. When i brought it back to the register it was microwaved With the crackers i already broke ip in it and brought back to me. The salad has celery that has dirt(i hope as the alternative is nauseating) and the lettuce had rotten pieces in it. Obviously poor management and no quality control. Should have checked Unilocal before going in.

Nothing special here as compared to others in the chain except for one major issue. Tables here are almost never clean and are usually sticky to the touch. Food in general is ok. Soups ok. Salads ok. Flatbreads ok. In other words — All is OK! The cleanliness issue seems new. Been there before with no problems for an OK place.

Would be hard for me to go back. They messed up my order and yes after I got home and took it back they gave me a discount for the next order, but I don’t live there —- so I gave it to my mom. Just a hassle and I was quite worn out at the time as I was driving back and forth to the hospital. The food once made right was fine —- nothing to rave about or complain about either —- just okay.

Everything here was pretty average. The service didn’t take too long, and the sandwiches were OK. The au jus that came with the French dip was good. The soup was so-so. I wouldn’t go back, but I can say I’ve been to a Crispers now.

Down visiting the parents in Florida they decided to take me to The Sweet Tomato, but like most old folks took a few wrong turns, forgot where they’re going and ended up here instead. The line order than sit and have food delivered is a nice concept, though the restaurant seems clean, there is definitely a cleaning issue in the dining room, but it’s not a catastrophic downfall. The food, overall was good. The soup I had was suppose to he spicy and it did have a pleasant kick that wasn’t overpowering. The sandwich was ok. The rest ot my family didn’t have any complaints, but not raving about it either. I would say all in all not quite up to Panera but miles ahead fast food, decent and quick. By myself I would probably make it a regular stop for soups and salads. Nothing entirely wrong with the sandwiches, just more impressed with the other items
