Really good, and I’ve never had to wait for a table. The place is small, so expect a cozy atmosphere. Typically quick service, yes there are young kids that work there, but they do a great job. Have been there 10 – 15 times, and haven’t had any issues. I also have brought kids there, and they’ve been great at accommodating them. Overall a really nice place for breakfast. Oh yeah– coffee is great!

This restaurant is run by high school kids who have no clue about service! The quality of the food is ok but it takes FOREVER to get it. The poor table next to us waiting over an hour for 2 pancakes! I’ve steadily watched the deterioration of this restaurant which is sad since it’s a local business. Everyone wants to support local but when it’s this subpar we just can’t!

We are regulars at this location. There are a couple of waitresses that know us by name, remember our orders before we even sit down and are just really lovely people. The food is decent, the coffee is strong and as long as you’re not there at a busy time it’s a great place.

First time visiting Dosey Doe Cofee today. The service was fast(but we did come in at a non peak meal time) and friendly. I ordered the waffle combo which comes with a large Belgian waffle, 2 eggs and your choice of two sausage links or two pieces of bacon. I have no complaints other than I ordered my eggs fried and they came out with the yolks uncooked. I’m no chef but I’ve never received fried eggs with uncooked yolks. I will specify in the future. I do think the prices are a bit high for what they make on the menu compared to other breakfast spots however, I do realize this is a smaller business compared to The Black Walnut or IHOP. My overall experience was good and I will be a repeat customer.

We have been here several times with relatively no issues. Yesterday was the first time I truly wished we had picked another place. The 3 employees acted angry and like they did not want to be there. The food was just okay not anything special. We had to wait for someone to wipe a table off for us, then to decide who would take out order. They all were too busy facing away from the customers and one employee was on his iPad. We had to wait for our bill quite a while There are better places for breakfast. By the way, our waitress was not well groomed. That plus her attitude made me never want to go back.

While I love the coffee there, there is one server, tall skinny guy, I don’t like.

I had been wanting to try this place because I heard about the barn location. I was in the area and hungry for a sandwich so I finally went! The menu was on the heavy side, like biscuits, gravy, chicken fried steak, not exactly what I expected. The cashier was not friendly. She did not even greet me, just handed me a menu. When I told her I wanted a sandwich, but the options were limited, she told me the chicken salad sandwich was light. I ordered it, but was disappointed. It was not light, but heavy in mayo. Think very creamy and white. Also, it was way overpriced at 10.99. Plus, it wasn’t even assembled well. It looked haphazard and sloppy. The chicken salad was basically clumped in the middle of the sandwich, so when you got to the corners there was nothing but bread. Overall, the atmosphere was average. I wouldn’t go for lunch again, since the food doesn’t seem to be the main attraction. Maybe I would go just to meet a friend for coffee. Also, the music was on pretty low volume. I was expecting a pseudo music venue. I understand it’s not the barn, but I thought it would have more of a musical emphasis.

Tried this place last weekend. Service was extremely slow. Order was wrong. Food was lukewarm. Almost left before our breakfast arrived because it took so long. We were hoping the food would be worth the wait but it was very disappointing. We will not be returning nor do we recommend.

Really disappointed. Asked for a white chocolate mocha latte and a caramel macchiato, a buttered crescent and a waffle. First latte was lukewarm, zero foam and we couldn’t taste and syrup of flavor. I knew this latte took this poor gal awhile, but as she prepared the next one(hoping for something better), I could hear she wasn’t letting any air into the frother. Once again, no foam at all and the drink was lukewarm. We felt bad cause she seemed to be the only one working but the crescent was hard as a rock and the waffle was well done. Overall, it was a sad experience from what was supposed to be a nice café spot. Don’t know if there will be a next time.

This place has a real good breakfast burrito. Cool place to go and eat. But the biscuits and gravy is not the way to go. I think they use yesterday s

Usually a good place to eat… Today it smelled like burning plastic, the wait staff was really off. Four people walked by us without asking us if we need anything. The coffee came without cream although we had asked for it, then no sugar on table, them no silverware to stir it with. I choose to get up and get my own silverware. The lack of attention to normal service is quite unusual. I hope the food makes up for the poor service.

Have been before and liked the place because it’s very close to where I live. I wanted to leave before my food came this time! Flies everywhere for breakfast couldn’t get rid of them and when I complained, the waitress said they were coming from the sink for the last couple of days. I then looked at the floor and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a month and all the doors and windows had fingerprints and filth all over them! This was my worst experience in any restaurant in many many years, I take that back ever. Iwould be afraid to see what the food inspector would find.

Go in the morning for the best breakfast burrito, ask for avocado on the side and tip the friendly staff generously. 4 stars because the place is so small and gets hectic often.

Yuck! I’ve been twice over the past few years. Both times my latte tasted super bitter and burned! They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to espresso. Don’t go here, it’s not worth your time or money! I have no idea how this place stays in business!

Love the place. Service awesome and friendly … Coffee so good. Not quite sure why anyone would go to Starbucks when you have a place like this !!!

So I went again for the type of food and convenience. Everything I mentioned in my last review is still the same, so it’s not just a one-time thing. Floor is D-I-R-T-Y. And I bet this restaurant will get a lot of write offs during restaurant/health inspection. They have cleaning tools(chemical spray bottle and rags) on the counter next to water and tea jars. Servers clean up the table soon after customers are gone. Good. But one waitress, literally, stood next to those jars and cups spraying the cleaning solution onto the rag in her hand. In the perfect angle of the light, I saw cleaning solution mist all over the air in that area. Glad I didn’t order water or tea. And, at the perfect location(table), I saw them reach in ice machine to scoop ice cubes with the drink cups. I wouldn’t think it’s a problem until I saw many episodes of Restaurants Impossible on Foodnetwork.(Ok… ok…) Imagine this — you hold a glass and scoop a glass full of ice cubes from an ice machine. Pretty big of a chance your hand will touch the surrounding ice cubes, right? And imagine you have many people working that way, and do it many many times… I like their food. Simple and home-y. I just wish I didn’t see all that.

I’ve eaten here for breakfast and enjoyed it both times. I’m super picky about coffee so I usually just brew it at home myself so I don’t know how the coffee is. I will certainly return as I’ve had great experiences there.

Coffee was good and my breakfast burrito was tasty. The staff was very friendly and it took nothing more than a second of eye contact to get them to your table. The vibe was very casual and upbeat. Looks like I found a local coffee shop to hang out at. DOWNWITHSTARBUCKS! Local coffee shops rule!
