Oxi Fresh of The Woodlands Carpet Cleaning

We are extremely happy and satisfied with our recent carpet cleaning services. The technician called ahead of time and arrived 30mins early. Our main focus was getting out stains that were over 2 years old. Everything came out and we saw a huge difference after the cleaning. The carpet was completely dry within a hour after the cleaning and no strong chemical smells during or after the cleaning. We paid $ 149 for 5 rooms which was the best deal in the area with such high recommendations. It was well worth it all.

Although our appt was scheduled for 8 am, I called and the tech who was supposed to come thought he had another schedule. He came anyway. Oxy Clean did a wonderful job of cleaning the carpets and they were dry before he left. They do use less water and clean very well. Will continue to use them for cleaning. Very pleased with results.

I recommend this place for sure. I had a cat and a new puppy that for some odd reason thought our carpet in our brand new home was the litter/​grass. Needless to say, eve after all the natures miracle we had gone through and even buying our own carpet cleaning Hoover, we still felt the carpet wasn’t getting cleaned. We bought a UV light and we nearly fainted. Seriously… It was so bad. Worse than we thought it was. So I called this place immediately based off of Unilocal reviews and price. They were able to book an appointment the next day. The guy was thorough and was here right on time. He finished our 3 bedroom home (we have tile in the living room and common areas) in 2 hours. The carpet was dry in about 1 – 2 hours. It looks great!!! Only problem, we did another UV light test and we can still see all the pee stains glowing. Mind you, they are faded compared to before… But I am just chalking it up to the fact that those stains are probably permanent. We plan on changing our carpet in 2 – 3 years, so oh well. The stains aren’t visible and the smell is gone. I don’t know how much cleaner we can get the carpet at this point. We no longer have that cat and our dog is trained now and no longer a puppy so that should take care of our problem from now.

I called this company because of the 5 star review. Oxi Fresh assured me that they could get the stains out of my carpet. I was having company come down from Michigan and wanted the carpets cleaned. Usually my husband cleans our carpets but he was busy remodeling. After the first cleaning some stains were missed and most of the stains did not come out. Sure it looked better while it was wet but when it dried most all the stains were still in the living room. I called Justin back out. He went over the stains again and went over the spots he missed the first time. Again, the carpet looked better as it was wet. When dry the stains were still there. I called Oxi Fresh again and spoke to Justin. He informed me that he could come back out but he would have to charge me. Why would I want him to come back out again, charge me and not get the stains out again? If my husband could have cleaned the carpets I know for a fact that he could have removed all of the stains. We are very disappointed in Oxi Fresh services and will not be calling them in the future.

I am so disappointed with the results of this service. The first visit, they missed a room, didn’t move two small chairs and left ugly brown stains in front of the master bedroom. That’s not even the worst part: my carpet looks all matted and it feels stiff and looks dingy. They came back for a redo the next day and left another half circle of ugly brown stain in one of the bedrooms and they did not get the first stain out that they created. By nightfall, my stairs look like they were never cleaned and the carpet looks matted. All my carpet is stiff and feels like it has a film on it. I am very, very disappointed.

Had them over today to clean all the carpets. They were right on time, did a superb job for a fair price. I would definitely recommend them to any of my neighbors.

Great service at a reasonable price. As a real estate broker I have used many services in the past however the Oxy Fresh process of low moisture has its advantages. I recommend their services to my clients

I sold a home to a client just recently and had their carpet cleaned by Oxi Fresh (THEY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND IN THE OFFICE) … it was important to my client (with a young baby) that the process was green, and a process other than steam cleaning. they did not want their carpet wet all day.
The carpet cleaner was right on schedule and the client said they were very professional and did an excellent job! It’s always nice when you refer someone and they come through for you! So… this week they are cleaning my carpet :)

I am a real estate agent and needed to list a house with carpet that was very dirty and worn looking. I suggested to the owner that we try to clean it but warned him we might have to replace the carpet. The carpet was cleaned by Bill’s crew at Oxi Fresh and looks fantastic!
