Rainforest Flowers

Two websites, different items available, should have been first red flag. Ordered floral delivery well in advance to ensure early delivery – after seeing same day delivery, wrongly assumed that ordering early meant they would be delivered early. Wrong, barely made it by the end of the day. Called several times to check status and she hung up on me each time. So much for supporting local, terrible national delivery company could have done this poorly.

This is a great florist that not only makes lovely arrangements, but is extremely committed to delivering excellent service. The best!

So easy to work with! Don’t order your flowers from those online places that show up in a box… order them here! They are super friendly on the phone and have great prices. Will be doing business from here on!!!

Excellent !!! I had to order a plant to be delivered last minute and Kathy was amazing she made the process go smoothly and the plant was amazing truly gorgeous. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family and anyone looking for excellent service and amazing flowers or plants.

My friend in Michigan sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a get well balloon. Upon receiving them, I contacted my friend to thank her. She praised Rainforest Flower’s and I believe the owner for outstanding customer service.
The lady not only took my friend’s order but said since the delivery truck had already left for the day, she would personally deliver them to me. I had to let people know, there still are professional and just nice people out there!
The flowers were a huge help in what started out to be a pretty miserable day recovering from surgery. The added bonus was the great story my friend told me about Rainforest Flowers. I will recommend them to all my friends.

Amazing! I wanted to send my Mom some flowers for her birthday. Only problem is that she lives in The Woodlands and I live in Los Angeles! I browsed around Unilocal to see what flower shops are near my Mom. Found Rainforest Flowers and omg I’m so happy that I ordered from them!
I called them up the morning of her birthday and the lady who answered, I don’t remember her name, was super nice and friendly. I asked her if they would be able to deliver some flowers that same day and she said YES! Yay! I told her it was for my moms birthday and the price range I was looking for. She reassured me they would get the flowers delivered to her.
My Mom was so surprised and absolutely loved the flowers that she started crying! Awwww.
I DEFINITELY recommend Rainforest flowers! You won’t be disappointed :)

EXCELLENT!!! If I could give more stars I would! I was reviewing Unilocal ratings trying to find. An exceptional florist. I live out of state and My niece was thrown from her horse on St. Patrick’s day and suffered breaks to her low back and hip area. I called Rainforest and spoke with The owner Karen. i explained the situation and said she is hospitalized at Herman Memorial and today is her 18^th birthday. karen assured me she would put together a very artistic arrangement. When I asked if she did anything as far as cakes she said she didn’t but was going to run some errands and she would go to bakery for me and pick out a cake for my nieces birthday as well. Not only did they deliver gorgeous arrangement delivered stunning cake with a happy birthday balloon and have the thoughtfulness to think about also providing plates and flatware. Rainforest flowers and their staff went above and beyond my expectations and will forever have my business in the future. Thank you all so much for your thoughtfulness in a difficult time. Rainforest exemplifies that personal touch and caring that independent businesses provide that you just can’t get from large corporate companies.

VERY PLEASED !! I bought two tropical arrangements for the funeral, one of my husbands best friends, whom was originally from Jakarta, Indonesia, so the theme was Tropical. I choose the «Exotic Grace» premium and the «Tropical Bliss» as shown. Both were even better than pictured, even the back side at the bottom were filled with color and green. We were all very pleased and his wife truly loved them. So glad I found Rainforest Flowers on the internet, I would recommend and be glad to use them again !

EXCELLENT! Karen, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and personable with my arrangement. It was delivered to the hospital on the right day and time. Don’t let the exterior or location of this business fool you either. Karen greets every customer that comes through the door. And has many ideas for your special occasion.

I called in a very specific order. Ms. Karen listened to my request exactly… fall colors, paper wrapped for traveling, modern arrangement, NO ROSES… the arrangement was perfect! Gorgeous selection of non-​everyday flowers and ready for pick up at the exact time and day that I requested. They were waiting on the counter for me and Ms. Karen personally greeted me with them. Rainforest Flowers will be my go to florist always!

I found this flower place browsing online, picked the Teleflora’s Be Happy Bouquet after a quick search on their website, and got it sent in two days, very simple and easy, no problems at all so I would recommend them and use again!

I discovered Rainforest Flowers and the manager Karen last Saturday when I needed a rose after my daughter’s dance exam. They were close to the location and yet I had never found them before. Even though it was busy prom season and a week before Mother’s Day, she made time to show us the available roses in the refrigerated section in the back, made up two beautiful flowers for her that her brothers picked out, and even gave me a rose that I commented was my favorite! She was very sweet and offered to help our 4H group with flower arranging for the Fair. I was thrilled with the quick service and very affordable prices she provided. Highly recommend!

Just ordered an arrangement. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and the price was in line with other flowers I have ordered — I live in Indiana and will make this my go to florist for family in Spring, TX.
