Michelle Lee is arrogant and irresponsible.
She had me wait three weeks to see her and when I got there she said she was on her lunch break and not expecting me, even though I showed her the email confirmation she sent me. If she is as irresponsable with her appointments as she is with her work you don’t want to be touched by her.

I have been a client for about 7 years.
She is the best.
She helped me with severe leg pain that I had been dealing with for 10 years.
Very knowledgeable.

If you make an appointment with Michelle Lee she will reschedule with you every time to work around her schedule and not yours. My family has referred her to many many people and she reschedules on every single one of them. We will not be going back to her and will be telling everyone we referred to go elsewhere.

The rantings of an unbalanced, disgruntled former employee, in an attempt to defame the owner, is a misuse of Unilocal and a violation of its usage policy.
Moreover, given the numerous professionals who are treated by Michelle, including attorneys, it would be wise for the person to seek legal advice regarding libel laws… or just have the sense to remove her post.

How the hell did any of you get a hold of this woman? I bought a gift certificate for my mother’s birthday and between the two of us we’ve tried calling, emailing and stopping by her office to no avail. The number on her business card has even been disconnected.
Have now had to open a case through paypal to get my money refunded. Boo!

Beware! Michelle is extremely unprofessional. She has zero discretion. She freely gossips about other client’s e.g. J. C hasn’t had sex with his wife for 10 yr, L. S has Endometriosis, K. H and her husband are sleeping in separate rooms and are getting divorced, I now know who has eating disorders, homosexual tendencies, money troubles, ADD, plastic surgeries, mental disorders and are on medication, who’s had an affair or been cheated on, etc. I even know stories about one of the previous poster, and problems with his ex-​wife. Some very painful and private stories are being shared with anyone who will listen.
In talking with her other clients, they all knew everyone’s secrets too. I learnt the hard way, when a client informed me that Michelle told them that I have a medical condition that I have not told a soul except for Michelle (which I did on my intake form) and specifically asked her not to tell anyone. She said she would never tell anyone, especially because it’s medical and that she could lose her license over it, as it violates some law.
She is a very good therapist but it comes at a high cost…

Michelle Lee is wonderful, hands down the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She has been treating several members of my family now for a few months and everyone has seen a noticeable improvement in their health and a drop in their tension. You can tell she really truly cares about her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
