This hotel honestly can’t be beat, for the money. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, as I had to come down here for a wedding. The wedding was in Monticello, Florida, which is 30 minutes up the road. But, the bride suggested that we stay in Thomasville. I’m really glad she did. Thomasville is a really nice, little town. There is surprisingly a lot going on. Jonah’s Fish & Grits is a must eat. Re: the hotel. The room is plenty spacious. Granted, I was staying in a room by myself, but I had plenty of room to spread out, empty my suitcase, etc. The room also came equipped with a fridge and microwave, so if I had leftovers from one of the good, local restaurants — very convenient. The shower in the room is perfect. It is one of those showers that stings when the water hits you, and that’s what I like in a shower. Extensive complimentary continental breakfast. The staff were also very friendly. Especially, there is a girl named Sarah. She was genuinely the sweetest, most helpful and accommodating hotel employee I’ve ever encountered. And I used to work in hotels. I give this hotel 5* because it is conveniently located near food/stores, not far from Tallahassee, has a clean room, great shower, extensive breakfast, and a super sweet front desk girl. And, the price is not bad at all. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in this town.
