The checkout girl publicly humiliated me in front of a line of people about a coupon issue. Either way who was right, the way she spoke to me is appalling and I will never shop here again.

I’ve never had a bad customer experience in the Thorndale location. Workers are all very friendly and helpful. My most recent trip my 18month old son was whining the entire time I checked out (to my dismay) and the cashier, Peggy was so friendly and accommodating to my needs and questions about coupons. A great neighborhood store and happy I live close by to take advantage of it! You should too

Let me start by saying I had a wicked hangover from the night before, I was actually probably still drunk tbh. Anyhow, I had to take my second dump of the morning, this one came outta nowhere so I knew I was in trouble. Needless to say, the lavatory was impeccable. I mean, clean and tidy and smelled wonderful inside. Well, before I got in there it did. I blew the fuck outta that handicap toilet and boy am I glad I bypassed the two other civilian stalls. That hand rail in the handicap really came in handy. Overall I had a wonderful shitting experience at khols and I would certainly recommend pooping there to anyone!

Thorndale’s Kohl’s is excellent in customer service. Whenever I have a problem that needs addressed the managers are always readily available. On Saturday, August 23, Nora, the manager was able to address my concern. I was extremely pleased with the professional manner in which she handled the situation. This kind of customer care is why I continue to come to this location.
