Bill is great. Got me in the next day for hand therapy. Very patient, informative and kind. I believe I will progress well in my recovery with his assistance.
Even though he is always in Bronco fan gear and I’m an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan, we get along great

Bill is, Rude, Condescending, Judgmental. The customer service on his part was unbelievably poor. The other trainer was inappropriately loud clueless to his surroundings. The energy is gym rat /meathead (no matter what credentials) who’s life and current experience is far more than yours. Happened twice, no third needed.
