I have taken many items here and have been quite happy with the way my clothes have come out. It is a little more pricey than the one closer to me, but I can depend on stains getting out when I take them here. The staff is always friendly and prompt.

I’m less than impressed with these guys. Today, their boiler went down, which I totally understand, but the lady who served me offered no compassion as to why my clothes weren’t ready and now it’s my problem to fix. I get that things like this happen, just call me and say so and not let me find out when I get there or if I am there, apologize for the scenario and treat me like a paying customer. Once my clothes are ready,(she didn’t know when) I will not be back. Update: picked up my clothes yesterday to the tune of $ 102. The lady still never offered a discount or sympathy for their boiler going down. On to the next!

Every time I call or go to Martinizing for services, the lady at the front has zero customer service skills, very rude and unprofessional. Time to find a new dry cleaner.

I needed my bridesmaid dress hemmed just 4 days before the wedding. I called Martinizing Dry Cleaning and they assured me that they could have the hem done in just two days. When I went to meet the tailor, she actually never showed up for our appointment, but the incredibly nice and helpful women that work there helped get my dress pinned and ready to go for her. And sure enough, two days later, my dress was hemmed perfectly and was even cheaper than the quote I received! This place is awesome, I plan on going back for additional alterations!

This place is ridiculous. 3 out of the 3 last times I’ve used them my clothes have either not been ready on-time or have gone missing. This time the girl told me that they got a new system and its not her problem. I waited 30 minutes for them to find my items that should have been done hours before and then they have the audacity to charge me full price. I was going to give them their blue bag back as I’ll never be returning, but I decided I’d rather burn it. Amazing customer service!

So i want to come back on here and write a redemtion review for this martinizing cleaners. On my last review I had just experienced my wedding dress getting ruined after having it dry cleaned here and I was very upset as I am sure you can imagine. But after this happened I was immediately contacted by the owner and the general manager of the store. Both were extremely understanding of my frustration and were both so wonderful in assisting me fix this. Brad the owner emailed me and Nora the gm called me and we arranged for the dress to be looked at by a seamstress and fixed at no cost to me. It was looked at by two seamstress’s and the second one was able to fix it. I just got the dress back today and it looks as though nothing ever happened to it. Of course I am the worst critic and feel it just is not the same as before, but in reality it really came out great. I just cannot thank the seamstress and the team at Martinizing, Brad, Nora, and Jennifer for being so helpful and patient with this process. They all did everything possible to help me and ease my stress and worry about the dress. And once the dress was completed I also recieved a wonderful hand written letter from the owner. I thought this was a wonderful touch. From a customer service stand point this store knows what they are doing and I am glad to see a place that is so helpful with customer issues cause not every one does this correctly. Because of this I would recommend anyone to use martinizing dry cleaning.
