the customer service at this location is like no other. i can not believe how helpful these people are. the manager there went above and beyond to make sure i had the proper phone when i left with a price that works for me and my family.

This is a horrible store and I wish I had read the reviews before I walked in. They added services I did not ask for. They either lie or they just don’t know what they are doing. They added my line as an iPad Mini, I don’t have an iPad Mini! It has been a total headache and I will never return to that store. Was planning on upgrading next month to a new phone, I will not be going to that store.

BEWAREOF A SCAM. AVOIDTHISPLACEATALLCOSTS. I should have delved deeper into these Unilocal reviews before deciding to move my service from T-mobile to AT&T. The manager Tiffany is sad excuse for a manager. Without my knowledge she added countless extra services onto my bill and made it triple in cost and then denies any involvement in the issues she created. Unless you want to spend countless hours on the phone with AT&T, I recommend avoiding this store and it’s employees at all costs.

Joe over at att is the man! I have been an att customer paying 150 for my bill he was able to help me get 18% percent off my monthly bill. He worked efficiently and knowledgeable which is extremely impressive compared to my previous experiences. I can ALWAYS praise anyone saving me money.

WORSTSTOREEVER! Bought an Iphone 6 from here when my 5c broke. The store was nice and the point of sale experience decent. Later that day however, I ended up finding my old iphone 5 and because I was not a fan of the 6 I took it back. A month and a half later my old 5 broke while on a work trip so I went in to an Apple store to replace it. At the store Apple informed me my line wasn’t eligible for an upgrade since the ATT system was still reflecting that I still had the 6 in my possession. When speaking with an ATT representative I found out that not only was I being charged monthly for a phone I had returned in less than 24hrs, but I couldn’t upgrade until I had taken my receipt to the point of sale store(this one) and had them reverse the charge on my account. As it turns out the former employee who had helped me screwed up my account, charged me for something I didn’t even own, and now it’s been 2 days without a phone which I have to have for my job and no end in site. Needless to say I will NEVER shop here again and will be switching carriers ASAP. Avoid at all cost.

Zero stars! My husband and I have been with AT&T for 15YEARS and they have completely scammed us! So SHADY!!! I went into this store in September because my iPhone broke and the new iPhone 6 was still weeks away from being released. I asked for a new phone and said I didn’t care if it was an iPhone or not. The sales guy could not say enough about the LG3 and said hey it even comes with a FREE tablet(I have an iPad so I really didn’t care but thought maybe my kids could use it to play games). Ever since then my portion of the bill has been hundreds of dollars a month. Yes HUNDREDS a month. We are paying extra for data, extra to pay off this LG phone(mediocre phone at best) and the SNEAKYSHADYTWOYEAR service plan for the tablet they tacked on without telling us. We are filing complaints with the FTC, the Better Business Bureau, you name it. AT&T you have lost these customers for life. Do NOT go to this store!!!

Fast, friendly, and efficient. I went in to change which phone I was using(a service they make no money off of!!) and was quickly helped. I would have no problem sending any of my friends here if they were in need of cellular wisdom and care.

Horrible, HORRIBLE customer response and service. I went in there to buy a microcell for my home. After 30 minutes of waiting there were still 6 people in front of me. When I gave up and just wanted to buy a case for my phone I was told I’d still have to wait. Gave up and left. Avoid this place. There are other AT&T stores that have much better customer service and response. Seriously, I clocked it. 34 minutes before I gave up.

First, the positives: Not much of a wait time, even though the iPhone 6 had just been released. Friendly and personable salespeople. Now, the lowdown: Those friendly and personable salespeople will lie right to your face. I went in to the store under the impression that it is a real AT&T store… nothing on the signage would lead you to believe anything different. This is NOT an official company AT&T store, it’s an authorized retailer. I needed to add a phone to my plan. The intention was to buy a new iPhone 6 for myself and give my old 5 to my daughter. «No problem», says the salesperson, «we will wipe your old phone clean, give it to your daughter, and your new iPhone 6 will be drop shipped immediately to your home. You will have it within 24 hours.» «You will get an email from AT&T showing you have ordered a phone, and it will show a delivery date of sometime next month, but don’t worry about that — that’s what they all say, and it will be updated within a few hours.» Five days later the phone still had not been delivered & the link to AT&T still showed a delivery time 6 weeks from then. I called the AT&T store and was told to «just be patient, but if you do need a phone in the meantime come in and we will give you a loaner.» That was enough for me. I sicked my wife on AT&T. She called AT&T corporate and was told that the store wasn’t one of theirs, it was a re-seller. Furthermore, she was told in no uncertain terms that the employees at that store were FULLYAWARE that the lead time on the iPhone 6(64) was 4 to 6 weeks. He apologized profusely and told her he would cancel that order & for my wife to go to the Apple store, call him directly when she was there & he would have a phone transferred from Apple to AT&T and she would walk out of there with a phone. Everything worked as he said, except I ended up with a 128, not the 64 — but that’s OK — at least I wasn’t without my phone for 6 weeks! Sorry this is so long. My suggestion if you are in need of an AT&T store, either call AT&T directly or make an appointment at the real AT&T store on Moorpark next to the Habit.

This is your typical AT&T corporate store. Clean and modern with plenty of parking in the area. I was there during the iPhone 6 crush so it was a bit crazy in the store and the selection of accessories was next to zero. Thus, I can’t really write an objective review on the store based upon that night. Overall it is a nice facility in a central location so if you’re an AT&T user looking for some products or assistance I’m confident this location will serve you well.

Great customer service, no waiting list, no lines! They even beat the corporate stores deal.
