Had a horrible experience trying to book a cotton candy machine. Was in contact with Chris for a week and a half, and he kept pushing off the dates to get back to me with all the necessary documents for a contract. Finally on the last day I called and asked if he could be honest and tell me if we could book the machine for the day and he said he had to pass on us. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. If you use this company, make sure you book at least months in advance.
