I stopped by today for the first time, not knowing at all what I was walking into. What I discovered was a great young man that was very eager to help and an inspiration to an aspiring fan of bonsai. Travis was so helpful and giving of his time that I not only purchased two trees (which so patiently walked the entire nursery to help me pick) but I also bought two hours of private lessons with him.
Thank you Travis for being so giving of your time and helpful to a beginner.
I would highly recommend paying him a visit.

Absolutely the best place to get bonsai trees and high quality tools. Travis, the owner, has apprenticed true masters and takes frequent trips to Japan in order to keep his artistry authentic and top notch. Classes are even available for reasonable fees.

A great place to purchase and learn about bonsai. Fantastic assortment of finished and pre-​bonsai material offered for reasonable prices. Whether you wish to purchase your first «starter» tree or a 100-​year-​old work of art, this place has it all. They also carry a wide variety of bonsai tools, pots, soil, and fertilizers. The staff is friendly, honest, knowledgable and helpful. They offer various workshops to sharpen your skills, and even a great – free – introductory workshop the third Saturday of each month.
