COSMO

I’ll try to make this brief…
I don’t always Unilocal,but George at the T. Oaks COSMO deserves an honorable mention, saved me $ 355 dollars, fixed my note 4 and had me out the door in 20 minutes.
I literally just came from here.
My brand new Samsung Note 4 took a swim last night, and wouldn’t start up this morning.
DISCLAIMER: RICE DOES NOT WORK, GOOGLE IT!
Anywho, fearing i had short circuited my BRAND NEW phone, I was looking to Jury-​rig, Mod, Hack, and otherwise quick-​fix my phone or get a burner for the time being.
i’m not due for an upgrade for another year and a half, and i DEFINITELY wasn’t going to drop upwards of 4 bills on a brand new smartphone.
So after trying every cell phone store at the Oaks, i stumble into COSMO, non-​descriptly labelled «Samsung». Instantly, George was helping me.
where i had previously failed, i immediately asked for a SIM adapter (for my burner Crackberry 8320), and a spare battery for the Note. Right away, George satisfies my oddly specific requests, and as i begin transferring everything to the blackberry, he throws a spare into my Galaxy Note, and starts it up. O_​O’ then he spots the corrosion i missed, and we test the microphone.
in about 20 minutes, George had me dialed-​in with a SIM adapter for my blackberry, a spare note battery, a wall charger, and a brand new usb port/​mic ribbon on back order. where i was fully expecting to drop $ 400 today to my chagrin, he hooked me up for $ 45, saved me from a voided warranty, and saved me over $ 350 dollars. All the while being one of the most helpful and courteous people i’ve ever dealt with in a store, ever. and to be honest, i’m SUPER A.D.D. and George didn’t miss a beat, turns out we have a lot in common, and he’ll be following up with me next week.
if i could give George, (and COSMO) a million out of 5 stars, i would.
George deserves a promotion, and a raise.

My girlfriend dropped her iPhone in some water and needed a fast fix. We took her phone to Cosmo and they fixed it right up. It was fast and what I believe to be a good price. Very friendly and professional people work here. If you have any phone repair needs, this is the place to go.

My brother broke his iPhone 5C front glass and and well we waited to long to fix it that his screen went black and wasn’t working! I have been to Cosmo before and we were near their new store and decided to check it out. So glad we did they were able to fix it for us and did a great job that it looks brand new again! The staff is so friendly and they gave us great customer service! Plus they carry milkyway cases which I love! Overall great experience and greatly recommended! Their manager Jorge is awesome alway on top of things and doing his best to make sure you have a good experience
