Dynamic Delivery

I’ve used Dynamic 3 times now to personally deliver legal documents and they have always been spot on. They are accommodating with last minute orders and have even printed a couple page document for me when I had an urgent delivery and was out of town.
Always courteous and timely thus far!

I had a delivery window of 10 – 2. At 2:15, I called as no one had shown up or called. The person on the phone tried calling the driver twice with no answer. No apology for being late, was only told to wait another 30 minutes and call again. Ironically, while on hold, there advertisement plays which touts there on time and time critical service. Very displeased. The delivery was finally made at 5:30 p.m.

Extremely late delivery and inaccurate estimates for timing.

Very bad experience. First they delivered the wrong item. I rescheduled the delivery for a Thursday, but they called when my wife was away and said they would come on Wednesday instead, even though we weren’t available. This was apparently called a «failed delivery.» I called IKEA and they said to reschedule to delivery directly with the company. I called the company. They said they could not arrange delivery. I asked to speak to a manager. None was apparently available. I asked the guy to just work with me. He explained something about «certain bureaucratic procedures.» That I had to call IKEA back. I told him I had already spent an hour on the phone with them. Could he call and arrange it himself. «Unfortunately, I have other things to do, sir.» Well, me too. So here I am, starting all over. HELLO, IKEA? IKEA? Anyone there?

I ordered a bench from IKEA for a homeless shelter project I was working on. I needed it by a certain date, after that date the occupants would be moving in and I wouldn’t have access to the space. When I ordered it, the «estimated delivery date» on IKEA’s website was in time for me to install the bench. What IKEA doesn’t tell you that the «estimated delivery date» is when the item gets to the delivery company, not to your door. I called Dynamic Delivery and told them my situation and they made sure it was at my door in plenty of time.

I’ve used Dynamic for several years and am always pleased with the level of service they provide. My packages are always delivered on time and for a great price.

We have used Dynamic Delivery many times and they are always so kind and helpful. They are always on time and are extremely reliable especially when we have needed them for rush deliveries.
