I had a bizarre experience at this location. The manager is the most pushy person I’ve ever met. There’s a difference between knowing what the customer wants and just trying to make a sale. I was looking for comfort, knew exactly what I wanted. Instead of giving me that he brought out a ton of shoes that aren’t even known for comfort. At the end of the transaction when I finally got what I wanted he decided to try and ring me up for some socks. He quickly said «ok we are going to get you some socks it’s $ 5 that’s totally ok» or however much they cost. I can imagine a lot of customers being caught off guard by the quickness of trying to sneak the socks in. I told him no. Also during my transaction some pretty teenagers came in and he immediately tried to pawn time at the register with me to go talk to them off on his other coworker. When the other employee basically said no, he was very short with me and rushed the rest of the transaction because he was mad he couldn’t go talk to some girls. In my opinion this store is run by a bunch of children. I felt so weird about the whole thing that I decided to return my shoes at a different store. Because everything was just weird and unprofessional. Get a new manager.

Came in today to get the chuck 2.0’s and the crew here was more than helpful. Even though i made them take out several pairs of shoes my sales associate Beth stayed extremely positive and didn’t get annoyed with my awfulness. However the blonde one Lex seems to have a bit of a chip on her shoulder, i would recommend staying clear from her. Over all it was a good experience and i would come back again.

When I called to check to see if a particular shoe was in stock a friendly young woman by the name of Alexis answered the phone. She promptly checked stock and put the shoes on hold for me. As soon as I walked in the store she greeted me with a big smile and by my first name. Overall very positive experience. Thank you

Came to this facility to get my new converse, place was really hard to find, but it worth!:)

I came in looking for some Docs the other day with my mom and ohhh did they lay out the red carpet for us. They pulled out several styles/​colors, gave some great tips to take care of them, and were overall very enjoyable to work with. This isn’t the only time I’ve had a good experience with this store. They’re always very knowledgable, courteous, and upbeat, yet patient and not pushy. I definitely recommend this Journeys.
