I accidently jammed my printer to a point I couldn’t fix it myself. I called PBM and Len said to bring it in. He was very busy, but took the time to dejam it. He then wouldn’t take my money!
You just don’t find this kind of personal service anymore. I highly recommend PBM!

Couldn’t have gone better from start to finish!!! Owner Len couldn’t be more straight forward, helpful and efficient — i.e., from my initial phone call/inquiry through to his on-site eval and servicing of three Brother MFC machines. Also, his deep knowledge and experience saved us from making costly, unnecessary repairs and purchases for two rather old, heavily used machines. Thank you, Len!!!

PBM is the best. Took a broken paper drawer for my printer in to have him replace a broken part that I had glued back together. Unfortunately, I glued too much and the drawer itself was useless. He gave me another drawer for free! It was used, but works perfectly! This would have cost me upwards of $ 50 to buy a new drawer. PBM has my business always!

I’ve been using Precision Business Machines for over 30 years, and they have never, ever disappointed. I can’t tell you what a great feeling it is to know I «have a guy» who knows his stuff and will help me through any crisis.
