Mike and Kristen are both very friendly and very knowledgeable. I needed help looking for a newer condo. I was lucky to meet both of them away from their office. Although I was not a client, Kristen gave me a great deal of information about the real estate market and ways to find the perfect place. After she realized that my target area is Sherman Oaks, she turned me down as a client and recommended that I find a broker local to that area as they would be more capable of finding me the perfect listing. In the past I have tried to stay away from real estate agents as they are very pushy and never have your best interest at heart.
