I’ve been shopping here for many years now and there’s a reason why I keep coming back and it’s because of the excellent customer service, large product selection, and competitive prices. Alice and her staff are always friendly and eager to help if I have any questions. I’d definitely recommend the Vitamin Shoppe to anyone, from those just starting out on their fitness journey to seasoned vets. Definitely sign up for the Healthy Awards Club, too. Especially if you shop there a lot.

Everyone here is normally very nice and helpful but recently we came across the «manager» Michael?! He is the rudest person I’ve ever met in there. He has Napoleon syndrome to the max. He was unwilling to help me look up anything. If he stays there for sure that location will lose customers.

Whooow they have most everything. But this visit not what I was looking for — but they were most helpful looking it up for me. I have picked up muscle builder stuff for a young soccer player here before.

They always have my Optimum Gold Standard brand protein in stock which I appreciate. Word to the wise, stick to the chocolate flavor and not the cookies and cream. Just take my word for it.
They should rename the store «Alice in Vitamin Land» because she is always there and she really knows her stuff.
The reason they only earned 3 stars is because they stopped carrying my Nutribiotic face/​bodywash. I now go to Whole Foods for that. Cheers

This place is outstanding. The selection of supplements continues to be overwhelming with every visit, but the staff there does a wonderful job of helping me select the right supplements to fit my needs. Alice, in particular, always makes my visit a pleasant one. She recognizes and greets me every time I walk in the door, and she helps guide me to find me the right products to fit my lifestyle and needs, without being pushy, which is a hard line to walk in the retail business. My only complaint is that I leave spending too much money! Their rewards program helps soothe that over, however. I just wish the rewards came more frequently than once a year.

Alice and her staff are outstanding in understanding the needs of their customers. Knowledgeable professionals they can be your sherpa guide through the maze of supplements on the market today. Thay have a rewards program that sends you VS dollars based on the amount you purchase. The dollars do expire so check the dates when you get them.
