I discovered three BB holes in my living room window and called three local residential glass companies to provide estimates. Of the three, only Westoaks sent someone in person to evaluate the job; the other two gave me their estimate telephonically based on questions they had asked concerning the size and particulars of the window. I received a written estimate from Westoaks less than 24 hours after the estimator had been at my home, and was pleased that they offered the best price of the three estimates I had received. Placed my order and two days later, the replacement glass had arrived and was ready for installation. Very pleased with the courtesy and cleanliness of the installers and the positive experience I had with Westoaks. I had a five star experience and recommend them without reservation.

There were no problems in the ordering/installation phase of our relationship. Then, we called to request someone to come out and investigate a couple of issues we were experiencing. We were told that«Marty» would be dispatched to us on a particular Friday. Late on the appointed Friday, Marty called to state that he was held up on a job that would not allow enough time for him to get to us, but that he would make sure that someone would come by on the following Monday. Monday was a no show and no call. Tuesday and Wednesday passed without a word from anyone at Westoaks Glass and Mirror. I called on Thursday morning and spoke with Ginny who said she knew nothing of what I spoke and that she would have to call me back at the end of the day after she had spoken with«Steve». Well, it is the end of the day, and no return call from Westoaks Glass and Mirror. Shocker. Poor customer service. Use a different glass company for your glass and mirror needs… save yourself the headache.
