Major KUDDOS to Marissa! Thank you for your awesome customer service, it’s such a lost art but you brought it back to life! We just got rid of our Temperpedic that we bought from Steve over 12 years ago from Canyon road so, being out of the loop on all the new mattress options. We truly appreciate the time she took with us and our indecisiveness, Marissa was so patient, understanding, very knowledgeable and truly friendly. When you make a decision such as this, it is important to me that the representative cares about us and not just a sale, again thank you! Support your local business, they are the heart of our economy!

Jake Hiydon, the sales manager was very informative and welcoming. He knew everything there is to know about beds.
His great customer service caused me to not look any further. I ended up buying my new KINGSDOWN and I had planned to shop around.
I would highly recommend this place because of Jake.
Customer service is everything to me.

Visit 1:
I was thinking of buying my first mattress soon and one nice evening while walking home, I decided to stop by the store, just to start figuring out what mattress I should get.
I was greeted by Sunny (I think), and he was great! Not pushy, informative, nice, patient. I told him that I was not ready to buy a mattress yet, maybe in a month. He said that if I found a mattress I liked, they could hold it till I was ready, all I needed was to give them a call to pay and schedule delivery.
So I spent a few hours trying out mattresses and kept coming back to the one that was out of my price range. Sunny worked with me on the price and gave me a fantastic deal and free delivery (Labor Day special). I was on cloud nine! I am buying my first mattress! Five star experience!
Visit 2:
A month and a half later, I am ready to get my mattress. All excited, I walk over to the store just to be told that my mattress was discontinued!!! I was told that I voided the order! And that I should try out a similar mattress and see how it feels.
WHAT??! I have a paper that says I am buying the mattress I chose, and why nobody called me and told me about them discontinuing that mattress and why are they telling me I voided the order, I did not! I was told that mattresses get discontinued all the time and that if I wanted that one, I should have prepaid it. That’s not what I was told the first time I came in! I have an order for my mattress, I thought that was enough.
So now I have to spend another 2 – 3 hours finding the right mattress, negotiating price/​waiting for another holiday sale. What a waste of time; I am very upset… Experience: zero stars…

I just bought my fourth set of mattresses from Mark at BedMart tonight. I love this store for a few reasons. The first is that it’s so convenient to get to and get to shopping. The second is that it’s a really mellow environment. We were able to just mosey around and try out mattresses without feeling pressured to pick something quickly. Lastly, it was so easy to buy what I wanted. For the size store it is, there is a large selection and price range that fits anyone. I got a great deal and get the new set Saturday. Glad you guys have been around so long — makes this part of my life easy.

My wife and I were looking for a cheep full size bed for our guest room and the salesman who helped us out did a wonderful job understanding our needs and not pushing us to buy a bed that we didn’t want. The salesman (Mark is his name, I think) also took the time to try and give us the best deal that he could which made my wife and I feel pretty special even though we were not spending thousands of dollars on a bed. Overall I would certainly recommend this place to anyone shopping for a bed because of the great service and deal that my wife and I received.

I’m in sleep Vietnam with my toddler right now. With my husband out of town and my toddler in tow, I needed a new bed for him asap. On under five hours of sleep, I stumbled into Bedmart and couldn’t have asked for better service. Mark H. immediately approached me when I arrived and based on my price range, pointed out exactly what mattress would be the best quality. I braced myself for the sales pitch, but to my relief it never came. Next, I asked about delivery. His response, «let me take a look at your car. I bet we can get it in for you and save you a delivery charge». Sure enough, he was right. He loaded it in my car for me without any problem. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. I set it up last night and slept on it myself because like I said, I’m in sleep Vietnam with my toddler right now. It was softer and more comfy than my own mattress. My husband and I have been talking about upgrading to a King in our bedroom, and Bedmart will be our first stop when we do! If you are in the market for a new bed, I’d recommend you give this place a shot. Good selection but not a huge store, and the service couldn’t have been better!

I really enjoy this place. I bought a bed from them about 5 years ago. It was my first «big» mattress purchase and I /​adored/​that bed. So much so that I moved it cross-​country to Georgia. The sales people are super nice, well informed and not at all pushy.
Since that first bed this and that has happened, and after returning to the country from Taiwan I’m in need of a bed. However, my circumstances are very different. My budget was only $ 300-​$ 400, mattress only, has to be COMFORTABLE because I have some sort of «princess and the pea» issue and we need it delivered ASAP. When I went to Sleep Country, they told me flat out that they couldn’t help and to check Goodwill.
I decided to give Bedmart a shot though, since I had a good experience there before. My experience was awesome. The sales person, Lee (I highly recommend!), showed me a variety of beds. Some a little over my budget, some in budget and some below budget. We talked over the differences in construction, the materials used to make the mattresses, the spring types, etc. He seemed to know exactly what he was talking about. He let me lay on the bed as much as I needed to assess, gave me time to myself to think it over and try things out (as well as talk to my life partner), etc. Also, delivery was only $ 30 and could even be scheduled next day. AMAZING!
I ended up not purchasing from here, though, because something worked itself out and it wasn’t necessary. However, I was kind of bummed because Lee was so amazing and really worked with us. If I ever need a bed again, Bedmart is the first place I’m heading.
