Barbara is a fantastic pilates instructor and massage therapist! I was referred to her by my chiropractor after a lingering back injury and she has definitely strengthened my back as well as my body. Her knowledge and attention to individual needs is awesome, I look forward to my sessions and feel better and better after each one:)

Barbara came recommended to me from a couple of other individuals that had used her services — so once my neck pain started I immediately called for an appointment for some therapeutic massage. Before I left I could actually turn my head all the way to the side — a feat that was impossible and very painful when I walked in just an hour before hand! I would say that Barbara has «magical hands» — she has truly affected my health and well being — and for that I am grateful!
Over the year my husband and I have scheduled monthly wellness massages as well — and recommend Barbara to everyone we know! Even if you have to drive a bit farther to see her — she is well worth it!
