Wingstop

So I like the food and the service, and I can’t completely remember when this happened, but I ordered a meal which included wings, fries, and a drink. I thought that was the standard way to get my wings. I payed a little high for it, after all, I don’t like fries. But later I looked to the side of a cash register to find out that I could’ve payed 60¢ each for boneless wings on Tuesdays (I think). I wish somebody would’ve told me that! Payed to much for what I should’ve payed.

Always a fan of Wingstop! Food is consistent between stores and very good! This store stood out for being clean and organized. Nick that was working was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and offers! He greeted everyone with a smile and a great attitude! I will visit this store again!

So today I ordered food through the Unilocal app for wingstop. Everything went very smooth until the pick up. The order worked great but we didn’t get all of our order. No big deal I called and said that in 10 minutes it would be ready for pick up. When we came back they hadn’t even started it. This was 15 minutes later. When they finally finished our order everything was made poorly. Not super satisfied with my trip. The only good thing is that the first part of the order I did get was pretty good. I don’t think that this is necessarily wingstops fault but it was still disappointing.

Service was horrible, waited 30 minutes just to find out they gave my order away because they thought I was part of another group. It wasn’t busy. Asked for a refund, someone had to place a call to figure out how to do it. Disappointed with my experience at this location.

The girl who helped me over the phone and when I picked up the order was really nice. I was a little disappointed with this visit because I had ordered wings in 3 flavors, and they only did two. Of course, the 1 flavor that was missed was the one I was craving the most. But it’s ok, the food was still really good. Service was good. Always enjoy their food when I’m feeling like something not so healthy :)

Today there out of classic wings so I got the lemon pepper and hot boneless with fries. Service was great and food was great. Staff is very friendly!

WingStop can be very good sometimes and other times not so much. They seem to have had an employee retention problem and a management problem. That manager is now gone and the employees seem to be sticking around longer. I only buy boneless wings with louisiana rub. They are usually very good but occasionally they’re overcooked which makes the coating very hard. I like the place and my kids like it. They enjoy the lemon pepper and barbeque flavors. The fries are good according to the kids. Try it and judge for yourself.

I would give 0 stars — came here before — now today is worst ! Chicken was wet on the inside, inspit of asking then to fry hard .poor souls just can’t get it right, great concept buy the worst wing stop in the world ! Don’t waste your time or money here !

I ate here for the first time about a week ago. The wings were good and hot. My fries were done perfectly. I like that they leave the skin on the potatoes when making their fries. The service was fine as well.

Jenny and Day were awesome tonight !!! I will come back becuase of them such a tight duo & a very strong management team.

Awful customer service. Wrong order. No quality control. Thanks a lot Fernando. Stay away. Go to another location. And make sure they check your order.

This place is going down hill. Service took forever, the employees seem untrained and the place is getting dirty. I really liked this place a while ago. Won’t be going back.

The staff on 9 – 11 at 2:00 pm.
Was horrible took forever to get the food. Coke machine was out of must flavors they didn’t refill it. Tables very dirty and sticky.
Staff was joking and taking breaks saying let’s burn the place down.
We will not be back.

Wings are pretty good, but service here is a bit lacking. Maybe the staff needs a bit more training as my wife has a Groupon issue with them and I personally didn’t feel service was anything special (mind you I know this is a fast food wing joint.)
Around this area I would say go a bit more west and hit up the Hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings.

Have visited multiple Wing Stops and never had an issue until yesterday at Tinley Park. I saw Groupon had a 50% off offer (spend $ 15 and get $ 30). When I tried purchasing it, Groupon was giving me an error. I stopped by Tinleys Wing Stop to explain the situation.
If you don’t know how Groupon works, let me explain. They charge the retail establishment 40−50% commission on what they collect. On a $ 15 Groupon, the commission is $ 6-​$ 7. So on this particular Groupon, Tinleys Wing Stop would receive $ 8-​$ 9 for a $ 30 order.
So back to my visit. I walked inside, explained to the girl that Groupon is giving an error and that I’m willing to pay them the full $ 15 for a $ 30 order, explaining that they will receive more $$$ this way. She said «no». When I asked to see a manager, the man who was standing next to her said «that’s me».
I first explained that, as a manager, he should have proactively asked if he could help. Then I explained the situation. His reasoning was Groupon gives them the full $ 30 even though I would spend $ 15 at Groupon. I asked him if he really believed his story. He said that I, the customer, don’t know how Groupon works.
Hey Wingstop Corporate, TRAIN THE MANAGERS!!! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!! Especially when the «manager» is clueless!!!
There’s a reason why this store was dead on a Saturday night. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY!!!

Came here when I got the $ 15 for $ 30 groupon. First time having wingstop as I am a b dubs regular. I got boneless wings in lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, hickory smoked bbq, and Louisiana rub flavors. These wings don’t compare to bdubbs. They are lacking the sauce and are dry.

I visited because of a Groupon I had purchased. The Groupon was for boneless wings but when we arrived a different Groupon for boneless wings was expiring so they were out of boneless wings. They refused to substitute regular wings and only offered chicken strips. Hungry, we settled on the chicken strips. We didn’t find out until we got our order that they don’t come with any kind of dipping sauce (how ridiculous). You had to pay .75 (I think) per sauce. What is this, the ghetto?
The strips were okay but the fries came out cold. The portion of potato salad we ordered to use up the Groupon was okay.
One really annoying thing is the monstrosity of a drink fountain machine and it’s placement (you can actually see it in one of the pictures). If someone is getting a drink and taking a full 2 minutes because they don’t understand the whole touch-​screen thing or can’t decide which shitty flavor they want added to their beverage, you can’t get by and have to stand there and wait to pass to get to /​from your table.
The «value» of the food I got was $ 40. Luckily I only paid $ 20 with my Groupon. It wasn’t even worth that.

Being a longtime fan of BWW, I’d been wanting to try Wingstop.
We took our order to go, and chose garlic parmesan, Lousiana Rub, and Hickory BBQ. The woman taking our order was very friendly and helpful. It was on her suggestion that we chose the Lousiana rub, which would not have been on my radar, and it turned out to be my #1 pick. I was expecting a saucy garlic parmesan like BBW’s, but it turned out to be a delicious and flavorful pick as well. The fries are fresh cut with a bit of peel still on, which I love!
Although I love the Lousiana Rub, it was in a curious oily fake butter concoction, which means hydrogenated oil-​close-​to-​plastic-​in-​molecular-​composition. Also really pricey. I would return on 0.50 wing days and/​or with a coupon.

After my request, Fernando changed the tv to the NHL hockey game I asked to put on. He’s a beast.
The food is great as always. There’s not too many people in there that it ever gets packed. Then again we have only been there at night mostly.

Lemon pepper flavored classic wings: Too lemony! Smells like fruity pebbles… yes the cereal…
Hickory BBQ flavored classic wings: Tasted like honey BBQ buff wil wangs to me
Garlic parmesan flavored classic wings: Heaven! Loved the crisp texture of the skin! Loved the taste – it was not overbearing like buff wil wangs.
I had to take away 1 star because they remove the wing tip part from the chicken wings! Now what the?
