No need to buy new carpet when it ripples and has a rip. This guy worked magic. We had a tripping hazard and he got it to lay flat with a tool that spanned the entire room. I have tried to have these removed by other repair people who kicked it with their knee but it always came back. He actually cut out over 5 inches of carpet. We had used him to patch animal problems. Dog ate carpet off the stairs and cats removed fibers around door jams. Always came on time and put the furniture back.
