Not just the normal professional office — more like a bogus clinic in downtown Newark that you go to because it is cheap and the physical you need is for unimportant nonsense. Horrible administrative staff, paperwork — if they tell you five days, figure 15, they’ll call you — good luck with that. I’m waiting 3 weeks for medical records from 2013, still don’t have them. Having them fill out disability papers 3 years ago, a disaster on timing. They outsource the administration, then outsource the outsource to a records company, but the records company doesn’t hold them until 3 years have passed, but the window people at Shore Ortho don’t know where they are. In the meantime I will also be incredibly non professional, I have to make last minute cancellations with the other doctors which I hate, hate, hate to do. And that is the good stuff I have to say. Update, commenting on medical issues not my thing, the doctors were fine, I guess, I’m no expert. But I know customer service, I know about providing information to customers, I know about making it easy for people to leave satisfied when they have made relatively simple inquiries as opposed to being baffled by what sub is in charge of what info. I got my stuff but who needs the aggravation from people who seem determined to make things difficult.
