The food was amazing! Service was very fast and professional. I shared a dish with my boyfriend and they even split it for us in the kitchen so we didn’t have to do that at the table. The portion is on the small side but the favor makes up for it. The salmon was beautifully cooked and really excited the tastebuds.

I’m from the Atlanta area and I am not familiar with this brand. I was nearby on a business trip and decided to drop by and give it a try. When I walked in, the two hostess seemed like they did not want to be there. After I was seated, my server introduced himself but not no smile or sense of gratitude(which later he started to be more hospitable). After my order, he then gave me a free appetizer to try which was unexpected but was really thoughtful. The manager came by to introduce me to the new appetizer which I felt was a nice touch to my first experience here. Overall the service is decent and the interior was very well put and clean. Would recommend to a friend to try it out!

Bravo has a very eloquent atmosphere, but don’t be shy. They welcome everyone to come in to enjoy some delightful Italian cuisine. The prices are affordable, the waiting staff is friendly, and the bread and oil is to DIE for. I spend about twenty minutes every time I come in deciding on what I should eat, because everything sounds so wonderful. There really is no wrong choice. I can promise you one thing, you will not leave hungry. The portion sizes are hefty! Don’t be shy if you need a to-go box. P. S. They even serve breakfast… Who knew?

I frequently eat at this establishment. Last few visits were very disappointing. Had the porkchop, as did others in my party. The portion discrepancy is appalling. My porkchop had 6 bites of meat while my friend ate till she was full and took part of hers home. Not ok. Not at all. Very disappointed. Management was in contact very quickly. Made everything right.

One of my favorite restaurants in the Toledo area. It is also one of the best. Been going to Bravo for years… graduations, birthdays, and holidays. Very consistent over the years. Easy to reserve a table online with a confirmation email. Start with some bread with pesto oil and butter, always tasty. House salads are always fresh, cold with a nice dressing. My dad ordered the caesar salad with anchovies, loved it. This place really kills it with their menu. Diverse, yet everything is made very well. Had the salmon with some mixed vegetables which were on point! My dad ordered the lobster bisque and said it was excellent. Ticket times were very reasonable for how crowded it was. Ambience of Bravo is always nice. They don’t do too much. Strongly recommend people to check out Bravo for a meal!

It’s a beautiful restaurant and kind of visually reminds me of an Italian Cheesecake Factory. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my salmon sandwich when I first went. It was well made and just overall excellent. My mom’s salad was well prepared and had the right amount of everything. We had great service and everything was overall great. Second time I went, service was still excellent and the desserts were delicious, but my pasta was a bit mediocre for what I expected from such a place. However, I still would come here. There’s plenty of items on the menu to try.

Such a beautiful restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything was. The food keeps the promise that the décor makes. No matter what we ordered the food was out of this world. Bread and olive oil/vinaigrette were served immediately so we got to eat right away. It was around 4 in the afternoon and in spite of how huge the restaurant is, we were among only a few other diners. It was nice and quiet. Our server was polite but definitely distant and although it was not busy she rarely made the mile long trip from the kitchen to check on us and offer refills. Possibly because it was a mile away. Ok I may have exaggerated the distance but we rarely saw her and in an expensive restaurant, that is something that irks me. I am a pleasant diner who tips well. I’m also a waitress so I have a particularly high standard. Are these young servers allergic to money? Who is training them? I have seen happier funeral directors. I swear service with a smile is becoming some old school notion that is dismissed. I KNOW waitressing is not the best job of your life, but don’t do it like you are taking people’s orders at gunpoint. This almost cost them another star but she was not rude and the food was so good I am feeling generous. Ok rant over, back to just the food. I think we ordered quite a lot and even took desserts home. It was that delicious. It gives Rosie’s a run for it’s money. The food was fresh and definitely had that distinguishing taste that set it apart from frozen dinners. It seemed chef prepared. All of that in a beautiful setting made for a truly worth while dining experience. I would definitely go back but next time I’ll give the hostess the polite request I sometimes make: «If you could, please give us a server who wont wait on us like they are at gun point.» :D

Was there on a busy Friday night – popular place. However my husbands chopped chicken salad was very underwhelming, arriving at the table with no dressing and looking like the components had been hurriedly thrown on the plate. Our young and new-to-the-trade waitress was well-meaning but not very competent.

I gave 4 stars because I was pleasantly surprised that a chain restaurant can still produce great Italian food. Service was ok but the veal parm and lobster rav amazing Also, lobster bisque wow. Fourth star is for food. Kitchen was backed up. I know everyone was doing their best. Sometimes you just get crushed. Props to the kitchen for getting it together.

Salmon was very good and good for the waistline. The sweet potatoes and balsamic reduction really made the meal. I also recommend the Brussel sprout salad with almonds and berry salad, although I substituted feta and romaine in the berry salad. Kids liked the margarita pizza. I’ll come back more often for the salmon and salads!

We stopped here for lunch on a very hot day, and we absolutely love the place. The decoration is awesome, the food was ready immediately and it was very well prepared and presented. The staff was lightning fast! I didn’t even have to call them and they were already there. On top of that, the place wasn’t very expensive at all. Considering the setup and decoration, I was afraid when they brought the check, but it ended up being less than 15 $ per person. Very recommended

Delicious food, but overpriced. Drinks are awesome but also very expensive. Nice atmosphere, however ruined on the patio due to ‘mall rats.’ Had a gift certificate and would eat there again, but only with another gift certificate

I love the atmosphere, crew is friendly, food is ok. But when you ask, «Would you like soup or salad with that?» I’m going to assume that goes with the meal.(Especially since it was dinner) Shame on you for not specifying!!! That is pretty sneaky and dishonest!!! I will not be going back!

Not bad… I ordered a chicken, spinach, and bacon flat bread. The cheese was way too over powering for my taste. I ordered some avocados to add on top and that helped a little. I just wish there was maybe more spinach and less cheese. On a more positive note… the staff was very very friendly and the peach bellini I ordered was delicious.

For a chain restaurant it isn’t a bad deal. Ate here the other day for lunch while meeting a friend… Ordered the lobster bisque and the strawberry chicken salad. The bisque was creamy, flavorful and had a good amount of lobster in it for the price. The strawberry chicken salad was served fresh with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing which was very tasty to the taste buds. The restaurant seemed very busy for a lunch time destination and even though it was busy our table service was attentive, prompt and great! I ended up getting out of the restaurant for a great lunch for less than $ 15 bucks tip and all! I would definitely say try this place if you need a quick bite to eat that also taste well for lunch!

Will definitely not have to go back. Went there on a recommendation by a friend who said they have the best lobster bisque, «NOTSO!» ALL the food was just poor quality. I’ve had better Italian out of a box! However, service & cleanliness were GREAT. Sorry :-(

So I did go back there. Wish I didn’t. Service was bad. Really bad. Like I mean rude kinda bad. Salad was a joke. I seriously laughed when the waitress dropped the plate and walked away. Food was mediocre, lacking a ton of flavor. But the shrimp appetizer was amazing. Come to think if it. I might go back there just for that… and if they bring back their chocolate chip bread pudding! But for service. Nope. For savory, delicious, Italian food. Nope. What a shame!

My first visit here was a disappointment. There was a 20 minute wait although empty tables were visible. The server said she was familiar with the menu but made no suggestions even after I told her this was our first time here. We put in a drink order, it then took some time for here to return. The entire dinner was a waiting game. After she finally took our appetizer order the wait was well over 40 minutes. The Chef did come out to the table and apologize for the calamari and took it off the our bill at his request which was nice of him. The meals were as described but nothing special. Again we waited for the bill for some time, when the waitress returned my card she stood over my shoulder and had me sign which was very uncomfortable as I needed to include the tip. I see why some people go here, but I prefer Ciao’s or Zia’s anyday.
