Came here from out of town for Name that tune(5⁄21)… drove an hour to watch someone I could have saw in my town but NO name that tune… how do you not have it when it’s in the Toledo Paper and online… disappointed disappointed disappointed… only saving grace was the Guinness to drown my sorrows… I’ll give 3 stars only because it was clean and friendly.

Tried out Dzia’s for Restaurant week. The place looks so much cleaner and brighter then the last time we were there when it was Trotters. Our waitress was very attentive the food was good. The beer selection is excellent. Loved the kale dumplings! Looks like they have fun specials, we’ll definitely be back.

Things we liked: server was nice and attentive. Potato breading on fish and chips. Plain cheese pizza. Things we didn’t like: teeny glass of wine, previously frozen and undercooked cod for fish and chips, being up charged 1.75 for fries with a burger, «whatever» bun on burger(same kind as Wendy’s I think) And it wasn’t cheap. First and last time.

It’s great to see a Notre Dame bar in Toledo. Today was your day to be awesome and I was cheering for you to do that. Unfortunately, you came up short. The people are awesome and nice but today of all days was the day to show Toledo that you are different and to make a mark. So, you’ve got Notre Dame, with a Toledo Kid at qb, playing Ohio State it was all set up for you guys to nail it. You didn’t take advantage of this. I felt as if we were intruding on a family event. My son’s grilled cheese took 30 minutes to make it to our table. Our waitress, although super nice, really didn’t know what she was doing. The volume was low on the tv, come on its the bowl game. Where were the give aways? The 5050? The excitement? We will be back but on a regular night but most likely will find another spot for a future big ND game… which is unfortunate.

Went to this place during the OSU vs UM game. Wasn’t too busy. Seems clean. Food was pretty good. I could see food could be pricey if they were not on special during the game day. Had the 9″ pizza and the mcpaddy at 6.50 during the special. Good seating and has an area of lounge seating which I like(very European). Since this was out first time kind of difficult to get a vibe or how this place rates compared to other pubs.
