this place used to be good until it went under new management. Located in the gettho neighbourhood, so dont be surprised if your car is missing from property or being broken into. Live here at your own risk as it is verry common your apartment being broken into even they claimed they have «security officer» 24⁄7. Avoid this hellhole at all costs

Pretty safe for this area of town. However pretty expensive for mediocre customer service. Maintenance is slow to fix problems and problems are not fixed if the previous renter caused any. They charge a fee if you move units within the apartment complex even though you are staying in their business. It’s $ 300. Wow.

So weird, but I really miss visiting my friends that lived at this place. It was always super clean, everything was in order, and the staff was awesome. They helped me several times when I was helping my friends with weak English get there stuff together for moving in. I loved this place!
