Jayla helped us. She was okay besides the fact that she shut the window after my fiancè asked her a question regarding our receipt and just apologized to the woman she was talking to over the headset for not hearing her. Also just got home and found no sauce in the bag, the sauce was the entire reason I went to wendys.

We drove through the drive through window last night(10−09−15) around 21:25, or 9:25EDT. I was hungry for a veggie burger and thought someone said that Wendy’s had veggie burgers. As we ordered, we did not see anything vegan or vegetarian, low carb or any ither healthy menu items that are«heart smart.» Note that heart issues are why I am going vegetarian. Instead of the white haired young black wiman saying they do not offer veggie burgers, she rang up 2 veggie sandwiches. Note that the veggie burger is ALLOTDIFFERENT than lettuce, tomato and onion on a bun. The Wendy’s staff disappointed me, as they are not trained on what a food is. If someone orders a hamburger, they do not get a ham sandwich. Sorry, Wendy’s really lost a customer. Also, if I wanted a veggie sandwich, I wiuld easily make those cheaper at home, not for $ 1.19 a piece.

I really like this Wendy’s, they always make the food fresh for you. They once forgot something in my order so I had to drive back for it, I was really craving the five piece nugget. So I get back there, my fries are have eaten, i took a bite out of my jr. bacon cheeseburger, but befroe i got off the phone, she asked if I could bring my order back inside. So I thought it was strange, but I did. When I get in there, she takes the bag and throws it out. I said«there wasn’t anything wrong with that.» She wanted everything to be fresh. Excellent strive for Customer Satisfaction!
