One of the best nail salons I’ve been to. Clean and extremely friendly. They did not rush through my pedicure and gave a great massage. Wish I lived closer because I would be a regular.

I’ve been going here exclusively for probably 4 years. I think the value is terrific with a pedicure for $ 30 in a very nice, clean bight atmosphere. I usually don’t have an appointment and have never had to wait even when it’s busy, there are a lot of pedi stations. If I get a ‘regular’ technician they know I tip well and I usually get good service, although they’ve never learned my name, they are very pleasant and professional. Usually it’s a very good pedicure if it’s one of the regulars, occasionally if it’s someone I’ve never seen before it can be hit or miss. It is always very clean which I very much appreciate. I plan to even take my elderly mother in law there for her first pedicure this spring. So I recommend it.

At first I was a little unsure about this place. The way we were greeted was kind of awkward and I felt out of place. It became very busy very soon after we arrived and we probably waited about 10 minutes to be seated at the mani and pedi stations with no appointments. My daughter was getting a pedicure and a manicure and at first there was a man starting her pedicure… a man who I would suspect doesn’t have any kids or nieces/​nephews. It was awkward and apparent that my daughter (who is shy and only 10) was very uncomfortable. Kudos to the staff for recognizing this and switching the staff around so that a friendly woman who knew how to talk to kids took the man’s place. The woman who did my French gel manicure was top notch! Super friendly and she was a perfectionist. I couldn’t have been happier with my nails. Overall, Royal Nails was clean, fast and I was very surprised by the bill which seemed lower than what I expected.

I love this place. I had been looking for a new salon for a while, and had such a difficult time finding one that was up to my standards. The staff is extremely friendly, the prices are very reasonable, and they do a fantastic job every time. The salon itself is very clean, open, and nicely decorated, and all equipment is sterilized before use. I will definitely keep coming back here.

I drive the extra miles from West Hartford to get my pedicures here because it is THAT good! Long leg and foot massages, and even a fabulous chair massage if they aren’t too busy! And, of course, the paint job is perfect. At Royal Nail, they paint right up to your cuticle, which not only looks better, it also makes the pedicure last longer. The girls are so friendly and nice too, so you really can’t beat it. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Best mani/​pedi I’ve had (and I’ve had lots)! Trusted this salon with a gel mani before my wedding. They were meticulous, and it looked great for weeks afterward. Very nice people, gave me a gift certificate of congratulations!

This place is very clean and sanitary. I’ve had both a pedicure and manicure here, on separate occasions, done by different employees, and they both have turned out great. They are a little bit more expensive than other nail salons, but it’s worth the few extra dollars. I will definitely keep going here.

A great place to get a manicure or a pedicure. It is super cute and very clean inside. The business is family owned and you can feel the love and pride they take in their spa. The pedicures are very reasonable (for CT!) only $ 30. I went in for the first time today and was very impressed! They include a hot stone, as well as a paraffin wax. They also do a short shoulder massage when you are all done! I only got a pedicure, but my friend also got a manicure and loved it. I have not tried any of their gel services yet, but it looks like I won’t be disappointed!
They also offer a membership card that is super simple. You visit ten times, you get ten dollars off! So great and easy unlike some more complicated and costly plans!
I will definitely be coming back here soon!
