Jagor Express Title & Registration

Love going to small business, in and out in minutes. Boyfriend had went into get tags for Our truck. The owner answered all questions. Had no problems. I would Highly recommended this place to anyone that was on a short timer. Not having to Wait in lines all day

Business hours are posted on the door as saying 9am-​5pm, I arrived at 9am to a closed business, waited out front and the employee or owner, (I don’t know his title at this establishment.) had arrived at 10 after 9am. He said I will be with you guys in a minute, he went in to open store, let us in a few minutes later. I was there to transfer a title and registration on a vehicle from a business to my business name. Unfortunately this gentleman made it difficult to try and accomplish this. He wasn’t very helpful. He asked if we had the paperwork to prove the person I was buying the vehicle from was an authorized person from the his business to sell this vehicle, we provided him documentation from the AZ Registrar of Contractors, which was not what he wanted„ As I was trying to explain to him that he could look up the info he needed at the AZ Corporation Commission he rudely cut me from speaking. And he looked up the info he needed from the AZ corp. commission. we were good to go. I wanted the title registered in my companies name, and he had asked if I had any other vehicles registered in my companies name and I said yes, he then said he needed the plate number from one of those vehicles. Of which at that time I could not retrieve, so I said I do not have that at this time, he then suggested I call someone to get it, I told him no I cant do that. (there was no one to call at that time to get that info) He then told me he wasn’t going to help me then
he threw my license and paperwork at me and it landed on the floor by my feet and told me he wasn’t going to do any extra work for me and to get out of his shop. I pleaded with him and apologized to him if I offended him, to take care of it, as I was extremely busy. He said he would not, apparently I rubbed him the wrong way somehow. So needless to say I would not recommend anyone use this establishment as his customer service is extremely poor.
1^st he was LATE opening up shop (he did apologize for being late)
2^nd he rudely cut me off from speaking (he did apologize for this)
3^rd he threw license and paperwork on the ground by my feet and told me to leave. (of which I apologized if I offended him, he apologized twice for his incompetency and I was going to let it slide, but he would not accept my apology for which I really didn’t need to apologize)
I left looked for another title and registration agency, found one called ALL-​METRO MOTOR VEHICLE SERVICE about 15 minutes away, went in there was out in ten minutes with my new registration title and plate. The gentlemen that was working that establishment asked if I had plate # from other company vehicle too, I said I could not retrieve it at this time, but wasn’t a problem for this place to take care of me.

Went in to register a vehicle and the owner was very helpful, he answered all my questions, very professional. Was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes… It was very fast and inexpensive! Would recommend this place to anyone!
