Chris Innes initially was great with my variable speed pump install. But very shortly after the install, I had leak issues directly related to his plumbing retrofit. I called to get help and he literally dropped off of the face of the earth. DO NOT USE Chris, as to this day, he will not support his work. Sorry Chris, you have never returned my calls to right this wrong.

With the DWP $ 1000 rebate (new pool motors till June 1^st) I had to quickly find someone who could do the job right, the first time. When I searched, CWI always appeared at the top… I figured this guy is smart enough to get a top ranking, so he must be good, and to my pleasant surprise, he was. While he was installing the unit, he was getting calls from others pool guys who needed his help. Bingo! Do not hestitate to call Chris. He is professional and his prices were more than fair. And, he returns calls!

When I bought my house four years ago, the pool was barely functional. I put over $ 10,000 into it, had it resurfaced, etc, and expected to be good to go. Sadly, the pump could never suck enough water to run a vacuum, the pressure in my tank would barely reach 6psi, and would drop to 0 with no suction after 40 minutes. Now, I consider myself to be a smart guy, but this mystery I just could not figure out. I called 5 different pool people, a Leslie’s technician, and two engineers, and nobody could figure out what was wrong. They all had theories and made me buy things but nothing helped. I finally began telling plumbers and pool guys that I would name my pool after them if they could just get my vacuum working.
Finally, I called CWI pools. In one visit, Chris replumbed my above-​ground plumbing (which another guy had already done, but poorly), and for the first time in four years, got my pool working beautifully, as it should. He identified several things that were missing or out of place in my system and acquired replacement parts for those things on my behalf. His price was very reasonable for all of the work done. He is honest and communicative, reliable. He communicates readily over email, text, and cell phone which I appreciate as a working professional, and he is prompt in response.
My pool has been working great for some time now — I delayed in writing this review just to make sure that the fix would stand the test of time, and it has. Now I have to order a little plaque that says «Chris Innes Honorary Pool» to hang outside. :-) Thanks Chris!
