If only I can give less than 1 star. There are other honest pool company owners out there in this town. Supposedly the owner showed up to install a $ 3000 saltwater system while I wasn’t home meanwhile he never even told me he was coming that day. Matter of fact, he never even called me from my house or after leaving my house. I only noticed it was moved around when I got home from work. I never signed off on it. Charged me and the system does not work. Owner ignored phone calls, texts and has not come by since May to make it work right. Do not use this company.

I have been a customer of theirs for several years now and after this year I am done! I paid to have my pool opened Middle of May… they didn’t do it until June! Then it took weeks for them to clear up the pool to even be swimmable. Even that took constant phone calls and arguments. My normal maintenance day is supposed to be Thursday’s. Well here I sit on Friday night with no service and a dirty pool. They can’t even try to lie and tell me they vacuumed. The office staff is generally nice but the owner Christian always has an attitude and is always rude (even to his employees). I called earlier to find out if they were even going to be coming out tonight and they were supposed to call back with an answer. Well no phone call and now the office is closed surprise surprise. Horrible customer service and subpar pool service. Sign up for pool service at your own risk!

Do not use these guys – beware!!! They charge you and the pool service guys don’t even show up, but they tell you they did show up! The people that work in the office are very rude and incompetent. They had no authorization to close my pool, yet they came to try and close it. Also, pool service guys are told what chemicals to put in the pool by the people in the office irrespective of what the actual water test says on site. They throw shock in when you don’t even need it. Terrible!

This is the closest pool place to my house. They recently moved and the new location is across the street from the old one.
Make sure if you’re having a problem with pool/​hot tub chemicals to bring a sample of water with you. They will test it and tell you what you need to put in to regulate it.
They also stock a lot of standard sized filters and other supplies for hot tubs and TONS of pool toys!
