These guys are clowns. Don’t waste your time money. Will not do what they promise at all. More than disappointed. I should have know it was too good to be true.

This guys never calls you back and give you the run around. Very frustrated, came recommended, but overbooked, over-​promises and doesn’t deliver. Don’t get strung along like I have been, go with a company that actually shows up when they say they will.

Mr. Sandless resurfaced our floors in February 2012. Their warranty protects against finish fading and peeling of the finish. Within 4 months we noticed patches of fading finish. The floor was also missing the shine as if there was a layer of coating missing. I called the company and made an appointment for Steve Scmidt to come out and assess the problem. He did not show up. I called and he apologized and said he though appt was for next week. Next week he did not show up. I called and became very upset. He blamed it on the scheduling confusion and showed up within an hour. He said that «patch treatment» can be performed on the fades areas and that we will schedule for his team to come out to do it. As far as the shine he assured me that it was the semi gloss coating. On the scheduled day the team did not show up. Scheduling was blamed again and the job was once again rescheduled. They came out in June and did the «patching». The guy doing the job commented on how there was no «shine» to the floor. After they left I now had some really shiny patches on otherwise semi gloss floors. They did not last long and within month peeled off, and new faded areas appeared. I called again. It took several messages to finally get in touch w Steve. We agreed on one Sat morning for him to come out. He did not show up. When I called he said he had left a message letting me know he couldn’t come that day. He never did. We rescheduled for Wednesday between 9 – 10. He said he would call on Tue to confirm. He did not. On wed I waited. He never came. I called. He sounded surprised «Did the guys not show up?» «The guys» was supposed to be him. I completely understand the games he is playing but I’m done playing along.
I strongly advise for the consumers to steer away from this company as it is run by unprofessional and dishonest people. Save yourself some money and aggravation.
