This was the worst manicure I have ever had done! I got gel nail polish and it didn’t last 24 hours. The lady got the clear coat all over my skin and it took her less than 20 minutes to complete them. When you get gel polish they file the front of your nails and then rinse with water no soap she wouldn’t let me rinse them. I will never go back it was a waste of $ 30!!!

I was at a conference down the street, and at lunch I decided to get a quick manicure. Luckily I wasn’t too pressed for time, because of just how quick the process was. No hand massage, no time to wash my hands, quick filing. Two quick coats, without coverage of the whole nail and then left in front of a fan to dry. Try someplace else.

I should have known when there wasn’t anyone else in the«salon» on a Friday evening. I attempted to give the place a chance but then when I saw one of the girls cleaning the pedicure area with a dirty sponge with hand soap on it, nothing to sanitize the area at all my decision was made to never return. Also the employees, possibly the owners daughters were there & seemed annoyed they had to stay for clients then almost letting out a sigh of relief when we were done. We were done 15 mins before the closed & they were turning off the lights as we got into our car. One employee was quick, not caring about her quality at all and quite rude, seeming annoyed that we had come in. The other guy struggled to get a gel color out of a bottle, if you don’t have enough inform your client instead of struggling in front of them. This is no diamond in the rough, it’s just rough.

Just visited here on the weekend with a friend. We wanted simple manicures and that’s what we got! Typical Asian nail place, but not as well kept as others I’ve been to. This place is very poorly lit, and I hate to say it… DIRTY. I scoped out the pedicure chairs on my way back to the sink… YIKES. The table where I had my mani done was super dirty and the dude didn’t even wipe the table down after he finished my nails. Now, I know the point of paying before services are rendered is to prevent the polish from smudging but I have a hard time tipping before I know how good the mani came out. This could have been a non-issue had a brought cash with me, but alas, here I was. Ooof. 3 days later and my polish was chipped. The«nail tech» did a really crappy job of pushing back my cuticles and when he was snipping off the cuticles on a couple of fingers, he cut my skin and a bit of bleeding resulted. UNACCEPTABLE. I should have just walked away when that happened but I was too nice for my own good. If a fungal infection results, I’ll be sure to let all know. Moral of the story: Go to a legitimate salon, where the nail techs speak your language, clean the place, disinfect the tool and have some sort of credential.
