It looks quite pricy but for the amount of food you get it seems about right. They have a diverse menu with lots of options, everything is standard. Not too delicious not bad. Standard somewhat American fusion food. I order the manga avocado salad good for 4 people. Ate half and saved the rest for dinner.

I came here for lunch with my friends last weekend and we all order phở. I got the dumpling phở. It was good, but not great. It’s just ordinary phở with potstickers inside. Nothing special… I would recommend using the hoison sauce if you come here. This place is semi-small and has a bathroom in the back. It is just an ordinary place if you are in the mood for phở.

I am so happy I found this place. I recently moved and my favorite Phở place is now about a 20 – 30 minute drive which can be a lot with my busy schedule! I saw this place and decided to stop in the other day. It was very reasonably priced and delicious. They have all kinds of things online and I hope to try more. I have been back a few times now and it was great each time.

We arrived there at 9:15pm on a weekday and the open light was on even though they close at 9:30pm. We asked are they still serving customers and she said«Yes». My boyfriend went to the bathroom and she coped a selfish attitude and said«Hurry order I want to go home.» I told her«My boyfriend is in the bathroom and she said«Hurry! I want to go home.» When my boyfriend came out I told him what happen and we left quickly. The Korean woman owner has a self-centered attitude and needs to know how to treat customers with respect. The sad thing is she had her friends there and was treating them with respect because they are Korean. She is racist and biased towards people because all she cares about is the money.

The vermicelli is as Korean as you can imagine. It tastes like kimchee with watered down fish sauce. There are no mint leaves in existence here.

Good little place to dine and grab a quick bite to eat. Various Asian cuisine from Vietnamese to Japanese, to Korean. Would definitely come back again. Friendly and quick service.

I’ve been here many times and have never been disappointed with the food or the service. It seems to me their rating should be higher. I usually order the chicken noodle phở which is always clean and fresh, with a clear, subtle tasting broth. I have also tried the spring rolls, sushi dishes, and other various items on the menu. The food is always well prepared and the service is friendly. I have moved out of the neighborhood but will continue to come back here when I am nearby.

My girlfriend and I come here because we liked the reviews we saw on Unilocal.Phó is our favorite dish and we love bamboo song because of the family feel and awesome phó soup. We come here at least once a week. I personally have had phó everywhere and the phó dish should be consistent with very few tweaks to the broth recipe. Phó sho on PCH is not traditional phó and it is disgusting in my opinion. The prices are very reasonable with a large bowl of sapa special being only 7.19. We will continue coming here and we like the fish tank they have in the corner too!

Decent Vietnamese phở and bun noodles. My son likes it here. He gets a free little ice dessert after his noodle fix. The owners and servers are very friendly and nice.

Not bad for a Phở place run by Koreans. Bamboo Song 2 is across the street is from the hardware store(I think I spend way too much time at hardware stores). Anyway, today I was hungry so I decided to first hit Bamboo Song 2. Apparently, the original Bamboo Song no longer exists, so there really isn’t a Bamboo Song 1 — just 2 is all that is left. While the sign in the window advertised Phở, Bamboo Song 2 has an extensive menu that includes Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese food. Since this was my first time at Bamboo Song 2 and I came here because of the sign in the window, I decide to stick my original plan. I got the large House Special Phở. It was indeed a good size bowl, however, the proportion leaned a bit too much toward the noodles and not the meat. None the less, it was still good. The broth was mild and flavorful and the noodles were not over cooked. The beef was a bit on the well done side but the tendons were just right. Overall, a very decent bowl of goodness. Next time? I am going to try one of the Korean dishes.

Closest phở near me, but it is delicious! I always get the rare steak phở. Perfect place to come to on a cold rainy night to keep you warm. Their soup is what keeps me coming back. They did remodel so their store looks more updated. Seating is somewhat limited. Can probably hold up to 40 people?-it’s a pretty small place. Parking can be annoying because it’s a one way plaza and to get in/out the plaza can be tough because it’s at the corner of a busy intersection. They have lots of different choices on the menu too! Last time I went, they gave us shaved ice with red bean and ice cream? for dessert-twas perfect from my burning mouth from the sriracha sauce!

The Chicken Phở, is the best I’ve had so far the waitresses were extremely nice and attentive. Also their chicken teryaki was amazing as well as their chicken katsu. I love it. I will continue to come here for my Phở fix.

We picked up some dinner from here a couple weeks ago. The phở broth was tasty, and everything else was delicious. The prices are comparable to other restaurants. The restaurant is pretty small, but cozy.

Good and bad news: Good: They give you a good amount of meat in the brisket phở, more than Phở PCH in Hermosa and it is tender, more tender than Phở Show in Redondo which has chewy very lean brisket. Bad: the broth is underwhelming and needs more salt or to be doctored with sauces Overall, decent phở. Tasty and hot on a cold day. Would come back.

Decent phở with no frills. Small shop with a variety of dishes but I only come here for their chicken phở. Their broth isn’t oily and is pretty good. There is 2 sizes to choose from small and large. The small being perfect. The fresh spring rolls are just okay. It’s chicken and shrimp with noodles, pickled carrots and radish, and lettuce with a peanut hoisen? dipping sauce. 3 large rolls for $ 7. The boba is passable but not the best and I think all the drinks are powdered even the coffee and Thai tea. Their quick which is great if your hungry. If your total is less than $ 7, to use a credit card is I think a $.50 or maybe $.70 charge.

Food was tasty. Service is mediocre and overall cleanliness in gross. First time going to a Vietnamese/Asian fusion(it was different) but their phở was good. Bf got a bento box and he waited half hour for that. I was almost done with my «large» phở by then. After the other patrons left, their used tables weren’t cleared until we almost left. There were several tables that needed to cleaned up, it was attracting flies. There seems to be only 2 workers here until the owner came. Plus: free ice cream, good quality food Negative: loud machines for making drinks, cluttered tables, long waits, overall disappointing service We may not come back at all.

The owners are super nice and friendly, and the food is great. I always go with the phở, but they also have salads, teriyaki, spring rolls, udon, and sushi. The seafood phở is a must try! They give you SO much noodles, and don’t skimp on the toppings either. The broth isn’t oily at all, and is still flavorful. Also try the Bamboo Song salad! It’s definitely one of my favorites, and we always share it at our table. The dressing is really good and the salad tastes very light and fresh bc it has mandarin oranges :3

Good portions-not bad for the South Bay. Being a chain, there isn’t much to say about this one in particular and its menu. Compared to other phở restaurants, I would have to say this chain in decent because they’re very generous in their dishes. Everything is large here, and even though I ordered a small bowl, I was unable to finish it! My favorite is the rare steak soup as the meat isn’t as fatty as tendon and tends to be very fresh. Service is very friendly here, but it can get crowded as it’s a rather small restaurant. A great and trustworthy local! 22⁄100

Second time here. Excellent both times. we’ve had soup, ramen, tempura, spring roll, sushi, and a shaved ice ice cream dessert. absolutely wonderful. I don’t know her name but the lady who does the cooking also came out and help explain the dish and talk for a little bit with us and with other customers. she is absolutely adorable. very kind. regardless of how nice she is, the food was excellent. highly recommend.

Not bad but not the best either. My friend and I went to Bamboo Song one Friday. It was fairly early in the evening so there were not too many people there. We decided to split a large Saigon Special phở and one order of egg rolls. The large Saigon Special is $ 7.29 and comes with slices of steak, well done brisket and flank. When the phở was first brought out, the meat was pretty rare and had to be mixed in the phở broth in order to be cooked. There was plenty of long rice noodle. Taste wise the phở was just ok. The egg rolls is $ 6.29 and comes in four pieces. I’m normally a big fan of egg rolls but like the phở, I just found these ok. It came with dipping sauce that I decided to not to dip in because it tasted a bit too sour. The one thing I did like was that these egg rolls came out freshly fried and cooked. One of the nicest things about this meal, is at the end, the waitress offered us free ice cream. The complimentary ice cream was nice. It was vanilla ice cream with some flavored shaved ice. This dessert was tasty and refreshing. In addition to the free ice cream, I did get another freebie during this meal thanks to the Unilocal app. When I checked in, I got a free soda. Service here is friendly and I am thankful for the freebies. As for the food, it is ok if you are in need of a quick phở fix.
