I called for an urgent appt as my right eye had irritation, blurred vision and redness. Amazingly, I was told to come over right away. There was barely a wait, and I was in an exam room within minutes. Dr. Shabatian was was thorough yet quick. My eye recovered after two weeks of prescription eye drops, punctal plug, and good care. As a doctor myself (in another field), I can say without a doubt that Dr. Shabatian is an expert in opthalmalogy and I would trust him to treat any family members who should need eyecare. His staff especially Amy in the front office are all so nice.

Great service, professional staff and most important great result less than one hour I walked out with brand new glasses and no more blur.

I called them today to make an appointment. The girl that picked up the phone put me on hold for 5 min. I finally hung up and called back and let them know that I was put on hold for 5 min then instaed of apologizing she rudly says– well how can I help you. So I said that I was a new patient and wanted to make an appoitment and told her my availability. She then asked me what insurance I had. OK? then she says that she might be able to fit me in but will have the office manager give me a call. never a call. These people must not want any business so they will get none at least from me. Thanks but no thanks.

i was also referred to Dr Shabatian by emergency doctor. I made my appointment which was a breeze. I was a bit late but the lady stated I still can be seen. And the wait wasn’t long at all. I seen Dr. Shabatian who was a person who is in great shape and he looks a lot better in person. He seems to be very confident in his field, He did all the necessary test for my eyes. He did some extensive test. He told me what the possiblities could be and he gave me a list of things that I could do to relieve the symptoms. He wants to see me back in 3 months for a follow up and he said if you do not see any improvement please come back sooner.

We were referred to Dr. Shabatian by another doctor, who said had personal experience with Dr. Shabatian and he would highly recommend him. My mother needed an cataract surgery for both eyes. Having met many other doctors for consultation, I was impressed by Dr. Shabatian. He was patient, caring, and highly knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made sure my mother felt comfortable with him and the procedure at hand. We chose Dr. Shabatian over other doctors without hesitation. The procedure went painless and he was ready and available to my mother every step of the way. Although initially, I was concerned about the distance to his office, everything else made the drive worth it at the end. Dr. Shabatian is a hidden jem in Los Angeles!
