People here are very friendly. Particularly the old lady whom I believe is the owner’s wife is so nice!

Ugh! This review is for alterations only. I went here thinking this was Susan’s Alterations(Alteration/Dry cleaning shops all look the same and who knew that there would be 2 in the same area, I still have no idea where Susan’s is). Any who, I had a tear in a jacket that I wanted sewn together and then covered with a decorative patch. Took 4 days and the patch was on crooked and off to one side. Who does that? When I complained it took 4 more days, patch is now better but still off centered, has more of the tear showing than is necessary(nope not fixed), charged 25%more than the original quote, and she left the paper backing on the iron on patch. Again, WHODOESTHAT!!! I only paid it because I wanted to be rid of such incompetence. Go there with your clothes to get cleaned. Stay away if you want anything altered.

Great turn around service. It was Friday and I needed to dry clean my work clothes before Monday. I searched around the area and the minimum timeframe was 3 days. I needed them in 48hrs since most places close on Sundays. Although I arrived late Friday morning, after searching around, they were able to dry clean my shirts on the same day!!! The best part is that the price was lower than other places that had a 3 day turnaround. Time is money! You’ve just earned a customer for life. I will be referring my family, friends and clients.

I’ve been going to Eddie’s since 2000. During my recent spring cleaning I dropped off several shirts and two dingy white blankets. I picked up my blankets yesterday and they are sparkling white. If you want that bright white back in your clothes Eddie’s has a «special whitening process». It’s a must for white down comforters.
