and the services are perfect. They also sell lots of makeup, nail polishes, lotions, and makeup brushes too. If youre letting your eyebrows grow out and are looking for a better shape, go here!

I have been to numerous threading salons and this is by far the worst one. Wendy and her sister who run the salon have no idea what customer service is. They are extremely disrespectful and rude. they shouldn’t come to work with such a bitter attitude if they know they will be working with customers. That was my first and last visit. I asked a few of my friends as well about their experience here and they hated it. I thought they were exaggerating about Wendy and her sister being rude, but they were right. I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy. I hope they get their act together or else they will definitely be shut down real soon.

I can’t say anything for the eyebrows because I went for a manicure. I regret it. I went after a friend told me they do the gel polish manicures and only charged $ 20 instead of $ 25 at our normal place. After waiting well over 20 minutes, I had mentioned my reason for coming to the manicurist, so i thought we were on the same page.
While getting the manicure, I had inquired about buying a bottle of the gel polish so I could have the same color every time I went in. She asked who I am assuming is the manager — maybe owner. She said yes, bit if I did that, I would be charged $ 5 extra for application and removal. HUH??? Extra?!?
Anyways, the manicure was nice — painful at times, but ok. When it’s all said and done, I go to pay and she says, «that will be $ 45.». Um, hello?! Didn’t we have the discussion about $ 20? For that price, I could have been in a lush robe at an upscale spa, complete with mimosas and champagne.
Instead, I got an overpriced manicure and an infection on my finger! Have to say that was a first and enough of a deterrent to not only never go back there, but also earn everyone else to stay away and save their money!!!

I feel compelled to write a review about this place after experiencing the worst eyebrow threading I have ever had thus far.
I’ve come to this place twice before. And both times I’ve had Wendy. She is very good at threading eyebrows and she does a good job cleaning.
This weekend I desperately needed to get my eyebrows done and since I was at Del Amo mall I decided to stop by. Wendy wasn’t working, however, there was another lady there.
Let me tell you all, I have NEVER EVER had my eyebrows look so bad. She thinned them out so bad, and she chipped off the arch of my right eyebrow. My eyebrows are uneven now, and one brow has an arch and the other doesn’t. Further, she didn’t even clean them well. When I got to my car and looked in the mirror, I noticed that my right eyebrow is crooked and she didn’t remove all the hair in between my eyebrows or the hair on my lip. I was so upset that I started bawling. Eyebrows are a big deal to me and now they are ruined. I tried filling them in with my brow pencil but that did not help. They look like crap. I have never felt so upset over my eyebrows before. I don’t know what I’m gonna do for the next two weeks until they grow back.
Don’t get me wrong, the lady was nice. I just don’t believe she is good at what she does. She took 15 minutes when it should have taken maximum 5 minutes.
Threading requires a special skill, and not everyone is trained to thread eyebrows the correct way. I wish I asked her for her name, however, I was so shaken up that I just paid and walked out.
If you plan to get your eyebrows done at this place, make sure Wendy does them for you, not anyone else.
