So they don’t tell you when the goodwill truck is there picking up items, you can’t drop off your items, no exceptions. And they are rude about it…

Went there 2 days ago. A pleasant employee by the name of Carmella helped Me and my cousin unload our donations. She was so helpful and had a great attitude and even threw our trash away, tidy & meticulous, she than told us if we had any friends or family who would like to come and donate that she personally would assist us. She brought out a cart and basically made my trip wonderful and easy. Please don’t hesitate this store rocks! Look for Carmella!

Worst Goodwill in the area. The racks are so packed with clothes that you can’t move anything to look at it, unless you plan on untangling all of them. The shoes are always disorganized and all over the floor. Theres hardly any furniture, houswares or electronics. The new employees either ignore you or are nowhere to be found. Tonight when someone asked to open a dressing room, one employee told the other, «Oh, just say they’re closed.» Immediately, 4 people, including myself, threw down their clothes and walked out. I don’t know what happened to the black girls that used to work there, they were super friendly and worked really hard. These new employees, however, seem to only be friendly to people that speak Spanish and they’re super lazy. They just stare at you as you walk in. Don’t go here, you’ll be disappointed.

The only issue i had was that there is a coupon from Unilocal for 10% off for THIS location and they dont accept it? Its advertised on YOUR Unilocal… I asked the cashier for their address to make sure i had the right store, and i did, and then the manager came and said it was for a different store. The manager didnt even look at the coupon information. Im giving 2 stars for this bad customer service from the manager. It was only 10% off… He could have just gave it to me. I only bought 3 things, my total was under $ 10… Hope that that 80 cents was worth this bad review.

I love thrift store exploring. Came in here and already could tell that I wasn’t going to find anything good. This goodwill is tiny & filled with nothing but clothes. If you’re looking for clothes, then maybe you’ll like this goodwill. It’s mostly women’s clothes at that. If you’re looking for random cool finds, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Do yourself a favor & go to Saver’s thrift store off of western.

I got a steal with my new Polaroid film camera. I can now add it to my canon t3i collection. That I’m still trying to grow. I also came up on Mr. Christian Grey. I paid a $ 1 compared to $ 9.99 for the other collection. Thanks goodwill. Now I jus need some good Christmas sweaters!!! **i did notice to be a goodwill they did have majority of the items i searched for in the men’s section to be pricey. I was In a goodwill in Las Vegas area an was able to find a nice thick cool sweater for $ 1 but not the case here. I did come up on a steal like mentioned above. Grabbed the opportunity.**

It’s really like a 3.5 stars, I like this location… They get good stuff. However, they are definitely on the more pricey side and do not honor coupons but they are specifically listed to accept(like the check-in one here on Unilocal).

The store is tidy and the staff is nice but their prices are way too high. I used to own a consignment store and know how to price items. They could make a lot more money if they priced things more reasonably.

I’m so excited to have a newly opened Goodwill thrift store in my area(I believe they opened at the end of September). I usually frequent the Goodwill locations on PCH or Artesia Blvd in Torrance, so this is a nice change of pace. This Goodwill is HUGE. Racks upon racks of clothing, a large shoes section, and the whole back part of the store designated for household goods and miscellaneous items. For me, organization is key when it comes to thrift stores. I hate when aisles aren’t clearly marked or prices aren’t easily identifiable. At this location, that is certainly not a problem. Employees here are nice and welcoming. Although, having been here a handful of times in the past couple of weeks, I’ve consistently had to wait a long time to get an employee to unlock a fitting room for me. More often than not, I’ve had to walk all over the store to find someone. But other than that, I’ve had no other issues here. This is now one of my favorite Goodwill stores, be sure to check it out!
