These people are terrible!!! My 90 year old mother lost her eyesight after an accident and desperately needed a walker and shower chair. After waiting a long period of time with no contact, I was told that only one person handled new orders and that she was part-​time and not available. Not even a manager could provide an update on our order. I asked to be contacted when she was at work. I never received a call-​back despite several attempts to reach this person. After waiting over five weeks for a response, the management informed us that while they did accept Medicare, they did not accept my mother’s supplemental insurance and consequently had not place the order. This business does not have its act together. They are disorganized and will not even try to be helpful. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
