Roxana has done it again. We needed a corsage for prom, but didn’t have the dress until a week before. With just a picture of the dress and the idea of an arm band, Roxana was able to create a wonderful look. Bright pink wire, with yellow and blue flowers, it matched the dress and the spirit of the outfit perfectly. When we picked it up, having no previous concepts, we were wowed.

Great customer service! Last week I ordered an arrangement for my wife online, upgrading to premium. The arrangement was delivered at the right time, It was beautiful, and the upgrade was evident. However, I was a little disappointed to see that the daffodils in the back of the arrangement were already wilted, and reported that fact in my feedback response to the follow up email. I did not expect any response. Yet as soon as Roxanne, the owner, learned about the feedback, she called me personally to apologize, and the next day delivered a small, beautiful arrangement to make up for the mishap. I was very impressed with her passion for customer satisfaction. I will definitely think of Inspirations for my next floral need!

Roxanne, the owner, was so helpful in creating a one-​of-​a-​kind arrangement for a last-​minute celebration for us. She showed great enthusiasm from the moment we walked through the door and was able to suggest some great ideas.

Amazing one of a kind floral arrangements!

The place has the best arrangements. The girls who made the arrangements were so helpful as well. My mom loved the flowers!

Their friendly, detailed, helpful service is what all businesses should aspire to. The two owners were interested in helping me as soon as I walked in, even though all I wanted was a bouquet and not something like a complete wedding package (which they also do). Roxana created a custom autumn bouquet with a smile and it was far superior than anything I could have picked up that was ready-​made at another florist.
I recommend Inspirations in downtown Torrance of all the florists I’ve been to locally. They also create custom gift baskets and have a wide selection of vases, soaps, and other gifts that would be perfect for a special woman in your life. The special woman in my life loved the bouquet so I’ll be returning for more. Thank you ladies for helping me with my order.

I highly recommend getting your wedding flowers here! All i knew I wanted was orange sunflowers and for it not to look country. Roxana an Megan totally designed beautiful bouquets, boutineers and head wreaths incorporating my bohemian style. They are truly artistic and good at what they do. I was even surprised to see them at the venue and they came to the bridal suite and hand delivered items to me and my bridesmaids in the bridal suite which was a great help. I was super excited that they also incorporated foil flowers that my mother had made for my center pieces. I also believed the pricing was very fair. So if you don’t have any idea what you want, leave it up to them! They will design truly unique flowers for your event :)

Wow, Roxanne out did herself on the valentines order for my partner! I ordered the legendary lovers bouquet around 1230pm on valentines day. I was a bit frantic because of how late I was on getting flowers for my love… but Megan calmed me down, asked some really good questions on what I needed and set me up with the designer, Roxanne! They tailored it up a bit based on the design of my house and my partners favorite color/​flower! They promised a same day delivery between 3−4pm and guess what…3:40pm my partner got a knock at the door and WOW, the flowers are amazing! Thank you girls for an amazing customer experience and for saving the day on such short notice! Already recommended one of my clients in the same situation, and they did the same for him! You two ROCK!

The customer service was great! I was able to get in with having any difficulty finding it! With such a great selection, I wasn’t too sure to get. They helped me find a great gift basket for my mom’s birthday gift and had great prices. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good customer experience!

Roxana (shop owner) did the flowers for my wedding in 2012 before she opened this shop. I don’t know a lot about flowers and asked her to do something white, with a little bit of greenery, and somehow fit the arrangements in sand pails and incorporate starfish to match my wedding theme.
Roxana sat down with me and showed me pictures of white flowers, asked what color green I was looking for, while I just pointed and said «I like this.» From this little bit of information, she put together exactly what I was looking for!
She did my bouquet and all the centerpiece and table arrangements, and when she delivered them on the morning of my wedding, I was amazed at the arrangements she had put together. The centerpieces far exceeded what I had ever hoped for, and fit in perfectly with the rest of my wedding.
Even my photographer, who shoots weddings every weekend, asked for the florist’s information so she could pass it along to future clients! I’m happy that there is now a shop I can direct people to so they can have the same amazing experience that I did, and be confident that the flowers at their event will live up to their dreams!
