Cold was food after I had it in the bag for only 10 mins !
I went through the drive thru, got mediocre service, which only proves for the 2 stars.
The chubby girl was nice.
But the food wasn’t. I got cold potato wedges and a stiff chicken piece for my #5 doublicious order. I want my money back ! But thanks for the «more than needed» hot sauce, I guess that’s what I paid for.

Very poor customer service. Would recommend going somewhere else. the ladies here don’t have a clue about manners or how to be polite.

I have been through this places drive through twice. The first time the guy at the window was just rude. It was obvious he had other things he’d rather be doing.
This last time when I went through it was just.. .I don’t know. The speaker was so loud that you could hear it blocks away. The guy at the window gives me my meal and as my daughter is checking it he discovers he gave us the wrong meal. I give it back to him and drive off. Then turn around because the order is wrong. I went into the restaurant and tell the girl at the counter that it’s wrong and tell her what it should be. She shakes her head and takes it back, but instead of giving me the individual mashed potatoes the order is short, she is packing a large with gravey. I tell her I don’t want that, I just need the individual to which she says «huh»? Apparently, she couldn’t hear me because she repeated her «huh» every time I said I don’t want that. The lady behind me was having a great laugh and shaking her head over it. Finally, she gives me what I need and decides that she’s going to tell me that she was giving me the bigger side as an extra for the mistake. I tell her that I don’t need it, just give me what I paid for. She continues the lip service again and just would not stop! I turned to leave and just said to her «I only need what I paid for. Try listening». Annnnddd, she’s still going as I walk out the door.

(–0) I usually don’t write reviews, but I have had enough of this location. This location never has enough chicken to serve, very rude employees, worse is the manager (or so she said she was), she had a bad attitude which she should watch out for. They keep messing up on my order every-​time I have gone there. Very unprofessional.

Standard service but make sure to try your soda before driving away. Two times they have given me plain soda water instead of Sierra Mist.

If I could give a zero I would. This is by far the worst KFC spot I have ever been too. I ordered a Dublicious sandwich normal right? They give me the patty with melted cheese everywhere in between 4 half buns used to serve the mini sliders. On top of this I ordered 4 biscuits and got 1 with no honey or butter when I requested it. The worst part about this? I waited 20 mins for them to give me this disgusting mess. I got home and threw the food in the trash and vowed never ever to come to this KFC again.

I tried to use a coupon and they would not let me use it because they are not one of the participating locations. I pleaded with the cashier and then rhe manager but neither wanted to help me out. So I went to the KFC on Carson and Figueroa and the cashier also said they weren’t a participating restuarant but offer a similar deal off their menu which I gladly accepted. I give the Carson KFC 5 stars because they care about their cuatomers unlike this KFC location at 2215 Sepulveda who clearly do not care about customer service — I would give them a negative star rating if I could.

The lady in the drive through wasn’t able to comprehend that I ordered (a simple number 1) she had me pull up to the window and then proceeded to give me NOT what I ordered and insisted it was a better deal (disputed the fact that I didn’t want it) but I was in a hurry and paid and took it home, ate it and then dealt with food poisoning all night and had to call out of work. Fuck this place and their dumb wet back cashier. My ass hole bled because of your incompetence. Thanks for that.

My food was beyond hard i ordered a doublelicious sandwich when i got home it was beyond rock hard i was missing a chicken little as well i called over 12 times before i actually came back to let them know about this bs and i was told by the shift leader mayra that its busy there are 4 people in the actaul restaurant and 1 car in drive thru so thats bullshit now my wifes meal is at home getting cold because we had to come back for the nasty food they severd me. I asked mayra for corparate number and she never gave it to me.

There’s rarely a time that KFC isn’t a welcomed meal, be it at a party, pot luck, planned or spontaneous meal, it’s always finger lickin’ good!
The original recipe is always awesome. I love the white meat chicken on the bone (breast or wing) done in original recipe with the herbs and spices on the battered skin.
I’m about to reveal a few tips born out of my craving for KFC here that they’ll maybe make some good money on. If they’re seen by KFC corporate and implemented, I only ask they practice good karma and contact me with a «lifetime free pass» to eat at any KFC anytime for free in exchange for my money making ideas :)
1) PAST: Bring back the original Nuggets from the 1980s as well as the Chicken Fried Beef Steak. They were great. The popcorn chicken and strips can’t compare. I know they were «chopped and formed» but I think the original batter was used and that’s the key to KFC’s success with any menu item. If McDonald’s brings back their nasty McRib and Shamrock Shakes seasonally, I’d love to at least see these come back in similar fashion once in a while.
2) PRESENT: Merge two existing items, the buttermilk biscuit and the gravy used for the mashed potatoes… Biscuits and Gravy! Toss in a boneless chicken sandwich patty on the plate and you have a full meal too.
3) FUTURE: Create, like how Tokyo Fried Chicken has, an «Original Recipe Chicken Skin» side dish. No meat, just battered skin fried. It would be so tasty and popular, better than any Chicharrón.
This location has the Fried Turkey during the holidays, but unfortunately it’s sold by the whole bird, and not in individual portions. I’d love to try it.
Parking is easy here. It’s located next to a ⁷⁄₁₁ too.

Don’t know what I was thinking. In the mood to test fate, I guess, because this place has some terrible reviews. They’re close to my house, though, and my wife needed fried chicken for a dinner meeting. If you look, you’ll see the bad reviews are from a long time ago. Clearly this place has gotten their act together because they were quick, clean, and courteous. I was through the drive-​thru in about two minutes, and the chicken was delicious.

Cleanest KFC I’ve ever been in. Staff is friendly. Seating is very comfortable. I’m not understanding the low rating at all.

There is a major language barrier for English speakers at this location. There were only two people in front of me, but I had to wait 10 minutes just to order because of the problems communicating with the cashier. So I check in on Unilocal and notice a free large drink offer with purchase. Sweet! Then I try to redeem it and the cashier insists it’s for a small drink. I guess it should have been in Spanish. Other than that, my order did come out right, and tasted fine. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry or if you don’t speak Spanish.

Went there on Wednesday night, service was great, food was crap, worst fried chicken I have ever had, sides were worse. Give it up KFC, your commercials suck and so does your food. Back to Popeye’s

Ya i’ve been here a few times. The $ 5.00 special NOT that great. Which is why too many kids hang out here after school.
For them it’s affordable.

Amazing! Wife calls and says they’ve been in line for 25 minutes… gets up to the window, pays then has to park off to the side to wait some more! No discount or offer of a coupon… How do they expect return business with no consideration for the customers? Like I said… Amazing!

Just stopped by for National Fried Chicken Day (⁷⁄₆). Now I remember why I haven’t eaten here in a very long time. Horrible horrible service! A restaurant cannot operate if service is lacking… and it just sucks really bad here.
The workers don’t speak English well so it’s hard to communicate with them. I place my order and got the food. I asked for some hot sauce and ranch… and the worker gives me 2 hot sauce packets and says to my face we don’t have any more ranch. I kindly point out that there’s a huge box of ranch sticking out right by the drive thru window and he goes and gets me one and gives me this look and attitude that I’m inconveniencing him! So I brush it off and walk to my car and notice that my side of mashed potatoes isn’t there… maybe it’s in the box w the chicken… should I leave it to chance? Hell no! Not with the poor service I was already getting in there so I open the bag and box up and sure enough… they forget my side of mashed potatoes! ~_​~
So now I’m just rolling my eyes and go back in and kindly tell them that they forgot my side. The workers don’t apologize, don’t say anything… just turns to each other and talks in Spanish… then gives me the side of mashed potatoes again with an attitude that I’m being difficult… I look in the bag and what do I see… of course they don’t even include a fork or spoon.
Totally frustrated… just not even wanting to deal with this crap anymore… I sarcastically ask a utensil would be nice… do you expect me to eat it with a chicken bone?
Never coming back here again. I’ll stick with El Pollo Loco… it’s healthier and tastes better anyway.
PROS: Convenient location, that’s all I can think of.
CONS: Extremely bad service (hard to communicate due to their lack of English, horrible attitude, no sense of customer «service,» prone to error (I’d double check your order), chicken is just way too oily and greasy… but you knew that already.
TIPS: You want better fried chicken… go to Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles.
You want better fast food chicken… go to El Pollo Loco and get it flame grilled.
You have to get your KFC fix… at least go to another location and just avoid this place altogether.
Still you have to come here cause it’s so close to you and on the way and you got that coupon… just make sure to check your patience at the door & then double check your order when you’re fleeing away.

I hate to do this but I can’t justify my previous 5 star rating. Although the store has been remodeled and looks much nicer, the service has taken a noticeable turn for the worse. Most of the employees at this location don’t speak very good English which exacerbates the problem. I used to eat here once in awhile, but I will be avoiding this particular KFC until things turn around. Don’t eat here if you’re short on time.

Avoid this KFC location at all costs. Terrible service, selective pricing and just a bad fast food experience.
Due to bad habits and often needing something in my stomach I sometimes hit the KFC/​Taco Bell on PV Drive North and Western on my way to the 110 fwy.
Traffic on PV Drive North was out of control and thus I had to take another route that took me by this location.
Okay, I’ll jump out grab something and be on my way, the usual of 1 chicken little and a small order of potato wedges. Normally $ 2.90 and filling enough.
Not here. First the price was 60 cents higher. No biggie, but why? After ordering such a small order I was like an outcast dog. The girl who originally took my order walked away showing no interest and some guy, I guess the manager took over.
Okay, I’ll pay the extra money no problem and din’t even mention anything until later. This guy had an attitude and I watched as he personally picked out the smallest and most overcooked tiny wedges (a very few) to fill my order.
I still didn’t complain, but when I asked for 1 measley order of ranch dressing he tried to screw me out of another 25 cents. Enough’s enough and I gave them an earful almost walking away from the meal and demanding my money back.
This fuck head could care less as I told him of quality, pricing and freebies at other nearby locations. He could care less and that made me irate. I demanded to know if this was a company or franchise store asking for a phone number so I could lodge a complaint. No response from anyone and nothing posted on the window. They simply ignored me after.
So I made it clear that I had full intentions of making a complaint, threw everything in a bag and said my fairwells, but not before remembering a few names. Left this joint and will NEVER RETURN. Pure bullshit!

When reviewing fast food, I try to compare siblings (like a KFC to another KFC). This KFC is pretty decent. The place is always clean. The workers are always friendly. And they don’t seem to mess up orders (which is common at fried chicken places.
Last couple of times I came here, the chicken wasn’t «right». Like they used too much secret seasoning. One breast had clumps of it under the skin. The other time, they were cooked but not as well done as usual. So I haven’t been back.
It has a drive thru and inside seating area (maybe 8 tables).
