Best customer service in Torrance! This particular establishment is CLEAN and has a friendly atmosphere. Also, if you are looking for a generous portion size you have found it! They never skimp out, what more can you ask for! Keep up the great work guys!

I have been coming here for years. Today the orange chicken is fresh and the Teriyaki chicken is delicious. This place deserves at least 3 stars. Overall they are a closer to a 4 star but they get busy with long lines. The iced tea is out and the pink lemonade doesn’t work. I told them and they got busy with a lunch rush and didn’t do anything(change out the syrup). They have a sign that says there is a nation wide shortage of eggs and they have a new fried rice recipe. Translation: They are saving money not using eggs and substituted with corn that is cheap, way cheaper than eggs. Even the little bit of egg they put in. I love corn and it tastes good, but it makes you squint your eye at it. Orange Chicken is the emperor of chinese food!

This place is horrible. Your employees don’t listen to customers when they order. I end up getting back to the house with no sauce and basically a lunch that pisses me off. This is the third bad experience in a row at this location. I’ve been trying to ease up on my reviews(thought I was being mean wanted to give people a break) but Damn!!! YOUGUYSSUCK! I am so sick of spending my hard earned money on crappy service and crap I didn’t order or missing stuff I did order! You guys should get your shit together or go away!

The food was ok(my orange chicken was not fresh and my beef was tough). The service was not that great today but usually it was good.

Some of the worst food I have ever had. The Walnut shrimp entrée I purchased was rubbery and I think had been out for the whole day. The Orange chicken was all batter and no chicken and also tasted like it had been out for the whole day. Once upon a time, Panda express would make things fresh for you. Those good old days are gone and I now count myself as someone who will NEVER go to Panda again!

I work at the Best Buy next to this panda and anytime me or my cowokers eat here we end up with stomach aches and diarrhea. Not sure what it is.

OK so this is panda express, nothing really special but this location is very generous and the portion they give you is alot so it’s worth your money.

Came here with my family of three on 08÷22÷14. One of the servers Dina was the rudest server I have encountered in a long time. I can tolerate bad service in a really good Chinese restaurant… In fact I plan on it. To be treated like I was in a third world country by this lady totally caught me off guard. If I didn’t have my kids with me I would have caused a scene. Never coming back to this location.

Chinese fast food, large corporation way. Typical fast food, bland taste. However, being surrounded by so many mediocre food places, makes this establishment acceptable for a quick pickup, cheap meal to go. Especially if you have a large family to feed… Pay each meal separately and apply $ 1 discount coupon that you can get by filling out online survey…

I ate here about 1pm on a weekday and was immediately greeted with the offering of a sample. The food looked very fresh and appetizing. I ordered vegetables, a beef entrée and a chicken entrée. Both were juicy and tender and the portions and cuts were surprisingly large. I hadn’t been to a PE in a while, I have now reconsidered.

This panda has been going downhill for a while now. It used to be super fresh and tasty. Now its just mediocre

This Panda Express is nothing special. There are always lines and waits. The food portions are small and it always comes out gross. Instead of coming here I would recommend going to a mom and pop chinese food shop. They will take better care of you and put in a little more love into the food which will come out in the taste. You can try the chow mein or the tofu dishes. They also have combo dishes you can try out which are good for lunch. My favorite is the orange chicken. But if you want fresh and tasty food you are not looking at the right place.

This used to be a decent PE in the area. I went in yesterday for dinner at about 4:00 pm and all of the food in the bins looked dried out and old. You could tell by looking at the veggies that it had been there for a while. I ordered some fresh cream cheese wontons and they tried to mix them with the old ones already in the bin and I caught them doing that. and called them out on it. I waited for fresh and I wanted fresh not the old!!! So ordered those and the honey walnut shrimp which was the only thing that looked halfway fresh. It was OK but they serve very chintzy portions here. I ordered a small ala carte container. Since they upcharge you for shrimp, the least they could do is fill the container. I got 4 shrimps and a bunch of stuck together walnuts in the bottom of the container. Paid around $ 8.00 for the small container and two orders of wonton’s. Staff /Employees at this restaurant all look and act like they are in complete misery. BOTH of the women working that shift yesterday appeared to just completely hate their jobs. No smiles, no thank you and no chopsticks or plastic ware was given to me with my order. I had to ask for chopsticks. Did they expect me to eat this with my fingers? Won’t be going back to this Panda again. The one in Harbor City has fresher food and they don’t give you an attitude when you ask for fresh items or plasticware/chopsticks to eat your food with. Won’t be going back here again.

1. Server Brenda V gives such SMALL portions. 2. Out of chow mein, eggplant tofu, orange chicken, cream cheese rangoon, etc. Thus, wasted 15 minutes waiting for them to make it.

If you’re in the mood for some fast Chinese food, I recommend finding a mom ‘n pop shop. The reason is because mom ‘n pop shops have the same item choices as Panda Express but at a cheaper price. Not only that but mom ‘n pop shops serve bigger portions than Panda Express. However, I would say that quality is about the same between Panda and the mom ‘n pop shops I’ve been to.

It’s panda … Decent food and decent prices. Keep your receipts and you can get the 3rd item for free.

There are better Panda Express locations in Torrance, but I came here for a fundraiser… woot! Maybe it was because I had my Nikon with me, they gave me more than they usually serve.(: Three people… two 2-entrée plates. Their Chow Mein isn’t good but it isn’t bad. I like how they actually have some visible cabbage with their noodles. I dislike the excess oil. You don’t need to have that much oil when you pan-fry noodles… Sweet Fire Chicken Breast; It has good moist and flavorful meat. Considering that the meat’s chicken breast, thumbs up! Honey Walnut Shrimp; The shrimp is well cooked and it was juicy too. Which Red Lobster can’t seem to attempt. The walnuts taste like it was either fried or caramelized. I wish they had more walnuts for more crunch. Orange Chicken; The chicken was cooked well… Dark and white meat! Yay~ The entrée as a whole is okay, but the sauce is a sour/tart for me. Beijing Beef; The meat cut is pretty thin so I do applaud them for not drying out the beef. But because the beef is thin, there’s an awkward crunch to it and it just overflows with the sour sauce. Eek. Even though today’s service was better than other times, I probably won’t come here if I did have a choice. The end!

Well, the food is OK here, it’s your typical«buck a plate»(well these days more like $ 2.41 a plate) fast food chinese-eg. you get chow mien or chow mien and rice, and then pick two to three entrees, maybe some egg rolls or such, but it’s sort of expensive for what you get. One thing that ticked me off is, this locations prices are higher than the one on Torrance Blvd-when I went to that one a three item combo, with egg rolls added was $ 7.84, but the same thing at the PCH Panda Express was $ 9.02! WHAT? I aked the girl, why the difference and seh said, well, I added egg rolls, theyre $ 1.25, and I told her, the other location asked me if I wanted eggrolls – looks like maybe they count that as the 3rd item if you get double orange chicken? And she says no, that s not possible… I wish I would have kept that receipt with me! Also, like another user said, their«fried rice» isn’t that good… I would recommend, get a 2 entrée meal with chow mien, double orange chicken and if you can make it home with it, pass on the drink(also expensive). That will cost about $ 6. Still high, but better than $ 9 for those portions! I think I’ll find me another buck a plate place, thanks.
