Their price is good, but very unprofessional. This guy came with a broken machine, waste my time for 1 hour. Then told me he needs to get a new battery, but I can get somebody else if I want to, so I call somebody esle. He came back to me 10 minutes later say I fix it, its not battery issue. Oh well, I already did what he told me to gwt somebody else. I believe his machine is old enough and he has no idea about it.

I have used Pro Quality now for over 3 years at my office. They always do an amazing job cleaning the carpets here in my office. Every time they finish the carpets always looks as good as it did the day I installed it. I recently called Pro Quality to clean the Travertine stone at my house. The stone and the grout lines look great! They got all of the dirt out of the grout lines and sealed the stone. I will use them now to clean my home as well. The workers are always on time and very professional. Pro Quality is a very dependable company that I would recommend to anyone looking to have their carpet or stone cleaned.
