I recently went to this location and wanted to buy a homeless man a gift certificate. In the process he wanted an actual sandwich and I invited him to the store and had him order the sandwich he wanted along with a gift certificate. The staff was very respectful of me trying to do a good deed however the homeless man proceeded to try and eat his sandwich while at the register and his actions thereafter may have made everyone very uncomfortable. I am writing this primarily for the owner to thank the staff working the shift at around 4:45pm tonight. Although it was a little uncomfortable both employees handled the situation respectfully and professionally. I apologize if my inviting the homeless man in caused any trouble due to his actions. Thank you for your kindness and making an excellent sandwich for the man in need. I will return personally just for the excellent service.

I came in drooling for a Flatizza, a pseudo pizza slice that is now a discontinued product… if not for the franchise, at least for this location.
Axel saw my disappointment, and was able to create a close facsimile from the current menu, at a reasonable price, even though there was no mozzarella cheese.
It satisfied me, a specially since the «proper» response could have been «sorry» instead.
Axel gets this 5 star review, and by default it also goes to this location.
My opinion is that any business would benefit by having an employee like this, if he is not a manager, I hope he has the opportunity soon if he wants it. This type of attitude among all the employees of all locations of Subway would benefit the chain as a whole…

This is the best damn Subway around. It’s super clean, everything seems to taste fresher than other Subways, and the employees are friendly and can put together a damn fine sandwich. The only issue is that parking can be a problem, but that’s not their fault. It’s never very busy so you can get in and out of there quickly.
I’ve been to quite a few subways around south bay and this one is by far the best.

So sign says closes at 10, Unilocal says closes at 10. Employee inside closed it at 9, and keeps the open sign on. Sunday 06÷14÷15.
