They are horrible. I asked for medium square nails and left with short, uneven nails. Will not ever go back, their work is absolutel horrible, horrible, horrible. It makes it worse that these are acrylic and I can’t take them off right away.

I used to come here a long time ago, when it was owned by Linda and her husband. I stopped coming when they waxed off my eyebrow and never said a word. But last week, I stopped by my usual place and they were closed, so my mom suggested we try here. They don’t have a website and I like getting a gel manicure so I prayed they would have it.
We arrived at about 2pm and it was slightly busy, but they squeezed us in. They do have gelish so I was relieved. Their colors are slim pickings but I did find something suitable. Another older lady did my nails and I have never been so impressed! I wish I would have asked her name! She was patient and gentle and took her time, making sure that she did not miss a spot or apply it too thick. Almost a week later and I have no cracks or chips, which is rare as I work in good service and very tough on my nails.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the fact that to sand your nails they use the drill instead of a file. I felt like my nails were too far sanded. I do the gel because I don’t like acrylics and the like because they ruin your nails and this was supposed to be better! I will definitely keep this place on rotation, but their lack of color choice might keep me from becoming a regular.

horrible… just horrible. They tried to cut corners everywhere which resulted in a very sloppy job and cut my big toe and index finger so deep it still stings. Don’t waste your money or time here.

I came here about a year ago and had this horrible experience and as I was looking through my list all the bad memories just came flooding back so I felt like it was my duty to warn people properly about this place and reiterate the absolute hell sunrise nails put me through. I almost can’t believe its is still in business. Unprofessional, sloppy, rude, absolutely no manners or class, just say no. I didn’t really go into details when i wrote my first review but after the lady had cut my finger (for the second time) and tried to put nail polish over a nail that had not been properly clean, I didn’t think my fingers could take anymore abuse so I told her that I no longer needed her services and would only finish my pedicure. Not only did she make rude noises but she went to the other side of the room and continued to talk with her coworkers in a different language throwing smirks and dirty looks at me every once in a while. Finally when my pedicure was over I went up to the front desk to pay and they tried to charge me for both pedicure and manicure. She worked on my hands for about 5 – 10 mins in which she proceeded to cut me and apply nail polish on a couple of unscrubbed fingers. I couldn’t believe they actually believed they deserved money for abusing me. When I complained she went off about how much «work» she had already put in and how it was me who decided I did not my nails done anymore. After a few more seconds of arguing, the manager came and I explained that I would pay the full price as long as I got an apology from this lady. When she heard this she began laughing at me and said other things in a different language. I was completely humiliated and could not believe how unprofessional everyone was. In the end, I got a half assed apology that was less sincere than a two year old who had misbehaved.
