I’m there to survey TOTO washlets. I’m quite disappointed to see molds on their in store demos. Gross.

I went to buy ToTo washlet toilet and shower head and handshower set from this store. I heard this bathroom storeI in torrance has the best price and selection on all toto products. First I saw toto products at a toto showroom in west Hollywood. Sales person, Tommy & Wong were both very professional and polite and explained the product functionality very well. They are both Japanese and I wondered if they came from Toto HQ in Japan. Anyway they are polite, professional and patient. Only the reason I gave 4-stars instead of 5-stars on this company was one Japanese sales woman. She was not so nice. I expected more kind treatment from her and that was the only thing that wasn’t very nice. Other than that, I highly recommend this place and I appreciate help from Tommys & Wong((Juan?). Love ToTo products!

Friendly person over the phone told me they won’t price match with any internet prices such as Amazon. They said Amazon doesn’t cover the warranty.

I bought a Toto Washlet from them. I am in love with the saleslady that sold it to me. Tall, elegant, beautiful woman. If you are reading this, I want to know your name, please.

Whoever said a toilet is just a toilet has never spent serious time on a Toto toilet. They are worth the premium price, trust me. In any event, The Bathroom store has the latest selection of Toto Toilets, and other brands. They have a sizable showroom, and even have working toilets to demonstrate the advances in flushing technology — who knew? The store location is convenient, just off the 405 freeway. I recently had a toilet handle break, and needed a quick fix. I’d seen ads and mailing literature on this location, so it was my obvious first stop after realizing Home Depot did not have the needed replacement handle. I can see where a contractor who deals with this store all the time might feel frustrated, the employees are Japanese, like the Toto company, and communication is not ideal, but it was not impossible. I worked with Eddy Nakashima who took time to find the handle for my toilet model. I only took a picture of my toilet, and brought the physical toilet lever, and Eddy went into the system to ensure I got the correct handle. They did not have my handle in stock($ 30), and Eddy ordered it for me, it took about a week. I found the service to be excellent. They will also price match if you are looking to make the initial investment into a new Toto toilet. For me, the communication barrier was not a problem, I ultimately got my handle, and felt I got great personal service. Thanks Eddy, any further broken parts, no question where I’m going.

Needed to buy a Toilet Washlet. Toto is a Japanese manufacturer based in Fukuoka and leading Toilet Washlet company that does not sell directly. Pacific Sales, Warehouse Discount are now distributors but the Bathroom store specializes in this line of products. Rika our salesperson just knew her stuff. Ended up purchasing the model that does not automatically open and close the lid. In Japan the toilet is in a separate closet which would be functional but in the US the configuration would have the open and close function constantly be triggered when getting close to the toilet. These washlets start at around $ 500-$ 3,000. they fit on existing toilets. No more cold seats, less paper used, a bidet without having a separate unit. I saw Will Smith at a Oprah show describing his first experience with a washlet from Japan. Hilarious. I am not a plumber but installed it myself. Go get one! Next is a deep soaking bathtub project.

yet again they take off a totally legit review. It seems this place only takes good reviews instead of the truthful one. I can’t wait to see it shut down…(by me?)

Precious Moments! We all do it! We might as well do it in style, comfort and enjoy it the most we can! Some people read, brush their teeth, trade stocks, eat ice cream, meditate, whistle, some even Unilocal… well I would rather enjoy every pleasurable moment of doing it with a ToTo under my tush! What is a ToTo you ask? Well, the poster below me opted for the S300. I am after the Elongated Washlet S400. Pretty much, A ToTo is, or should be, every person’s best friend. The ToTo S400 can: 1. Auto Flush which is activated by sensors or touch. 2. Self Cleaning. 3. Auto open and shuts lid by sensors or touch. 4. Automatic air purifier. 5. Warm tush air dryer. 6. Heated soft close seat with various temperature controls and settings. 7. Warm aerated water spray. ****BONUS****************** 8. Energy Saver and Efficient! 9. EASYTOCLEAN! I am still looking for features that make various noises like waterfalls, birds singing, lions roaring, etc… This store carries the latest models including sales, delivery and installation of the all-in-one Neorest 550 with built in Washlet functionality. The Neorest is the most extravagant throne any person could ever have. This particular store was great in that it had the various ToTo products including the Washlets on display with all their stats. Unfortunately, there was no salesman. It is an annex to a Tokyo gift store. However, there are plenty of pamphlets with a business card to get hold of someone. I especially like the set-up the store has. It justifiably glorifies the ToTo Washlets and solidified my desire to have one. You must come see for yourself. You can buy the ToTo, including the one piece Neorest 550(for about $ 3,500) on the web( ) but you will have to install it yourself. This store is just walk in, purchase and you are taken care of. I am looking forward to the update of this review when I actually purchase mine and have it installed. Too bad a knowledgeable person was not on site. I probably would have purchased it right then and there. Minus one star for that. If you have never used a washlet… man oh man you are in the dark ages. Keep yourself clean and look forward to the moment…

This is my first review on Unilocal.I normally don’t write reviews online unless they really piss me off and I would like to other people to be aware. The sales can be very nice and friendly until you need to return something. I purchased a washlet extension hose and found that it doesn’t fit. When I tried to return the item 3 days later, they added some more return policies that’s NOT printed on the receipt, such as «toilet related stuff cannot be returned once opened due to sanitary issues». I would appreciate it if they would print their return policy on the receipt or disclose it at the time of sales. The item I was trying to return is brand new but I had to open the bag to see if it would fit or not. The Bathroom Store gave ma a hard time with it. I am really tired of fighting with them over $ 49 and I’m glad that it only cost me $ 49 to realize not to do future business with them. So the bottom line, if you think you would never need to return the item, go ahead and buy it from the Bathroom Store. Otherwise, I would just go with Pacific Sales. The would not only price match the lowest price you can, they also have 100x better return policy and customer service. You would save yourself a lot of headache dealing with Pacific Sales.

Fast and friendly service. They would even beat competitor’s pricing(e.g. Pacific Sales). I have purchased a ToTo washlet S300 from them and this is the first time that I use the washlet. I LOVEIT!
