This is my first ever review! i just needed to say I have been a patient of this practice for 4 years, have never had a problem. The doctors are wonderful and knowledgeable. And the office staff is so nice I feel I am among friends. Dr. Cowan has been an OBGYN for 30 years and I trust his insight and information. Dr. Miller has amazing bedside manner and very comfortable to speak openly to. She is also VERY knowledgeable and I trust them wholeheartedly with my health. They also have a nurse practioner, Donna Espinosa, who is top notch and very personable. I would recommend any of the 3!!!

This is a review on the office as a whole. Dr. Miller herself is pretty good, she is easy to talk to very friendly and tries to give you her full attention. The only problem with Dr. Miller is that I believe she has over extended herself which makes wait times long and some appointments feel rushed. Her nursing staff is super friendly and I like. Now the big problem I have is with her front desk girls. Most if not all are rude, and unfriendly. Every time I call I feel like I am inconveniencing them and I feel rushed off the phone. In person, it’s rare to even get a smile out of them. The front desk girls often spend a lot time speaking about inappropriate personal stuff in front of patients waiting. I am considering changing my OB simply because of the front office staff. I have never made a Doctor determination based on the front office staff but in this case, it makes me so uncomfortable that a change may be required.
Please note that the other reviewer — Cori works at the office. Not trying to bash anyone but I just think it’s a tidbit worth noting.
