Buchanan & Callaway

I am not the easiest person in the world to make happy !! Laughingly i know this about me. Some may say i am a bit … a weeeee bit of a complainer just a tad !!!
I had a bad sewer backup with heavy roots, they snaked it out and used a camera to see how serious the problem was and in the end it was just the extreme roots. We had another company tell us the lines were broken and it needed to be excavated! The service manager John was so kind and honest and more than helpful in explaining what was going on and what needed to be done because plumbing is not my area of expertise but sure was his! John was extremely professional, knowledgable and so trustworthy this will be the only company we use and refer here on out. Paul and Jesse came to do the job and were excellent! They came promptly and got the job done great without leaving me a huge mess to clean. Great job guys… thanks for helping
me out!

Disappointed and overcharged! After spending a few hundred bucks to remove and snake my toilet I was told they could not fix the problem. Toilet was put back and they left it leaking! The next day I called back and was told «for 350 dollars» we can use a camera to find the problem. They also told me it could be in the thousands depending on what equipment they would need to bring in! I decided not to go with Buchanan & Callaway. Called a guy named Moe. He came, we opened the septic, he saw the issue and opened the blockage with a pole. Problem solved for 120 bucks!
Buchanan & Calloway also said to me «We are more expensive because we have 7 trucks and operate 7 days a week!» Well, why should I pay for all 7 trucks? I only need one!
